Great service, although it was difficult trying to change my order. The estimated delivery time was well exceeded and recieved my order.. 8 days earlier... I would use them again.

They deserve a minus 1 rating. I ordered in Feb 2026 and to date there's no communication about my order and they don't respond to emails. Don't order from them ! I repeat don't order from Fruugo- you'll just be wasting your money because you order will not be delivered and they won't communicate with you. For customer service & satisfaction they deserve -1 rating.
DON'T ORDER FROM FRUUGO !!

I placed an order on March 26
I placed an order on March 26. Still no tracking information has been updated as its still says pre shipping info sent to South Africa since the day of the order, today is the 16th of April and the last expected delivery date is the 17th which is tomorrow. Its been 3 weeks and there has been no update to tracking even once.

My order was not delivered
I ordered Dual-Function Rowing and Skiing Home Fitness Machine with Backlit Display and Digital Timer from Fruugo and they only delivered the digital timer and when I track the delivery it says it has been delivered. My order is 6032126156187. The wrong order was delivered at the security gate since I was out of Gauteng. Just saw the order now. Please assist with my correct order.

Failed delivery and no refund
I ordered patches via Fruugo and they never arrived. Fruugo then advised that they refunded me the money I spent but I am yet to receive it. It's been over a month going on two months now and there is no way to escalate the matter. I've been checking my bank statements and still nothing.
