After struggling for many years and struggles I decided to look into having an assessment for myself ( ADHD ) and right away Freya made me feel at ease and having the assessment online in my own home really helped me relax. The report was so much more detailed and having some specific ones for my place of work has been great. I would and already 100 % recommend their service.

After years of struggling and waiting for help via the NHS, I decided to look into a private service. I contacted a few companies, and right away, FSW stood out; I received an email within minutes. From the very beginning, I felt listened to, and I can not tell you how much that meant to me after so many years of constantly being dismissed and ignored. Freya and her team went out of their way to accommodate an appointment around my hectic schedule. From start to finish, I felt supported and understood. FSW Psychology provides a highly professional yet empathic and person centred service. Communication throughout the process has been excellent. Paula, who conducted the assessment, was warm and engaging. She created a supportive atmosphere despite the assessment being conducted online and gave my daughter time to process the questions. We were never rushed and there was no sense of going through the motions when undertaking the interview aspect of the assessment. The outcome report was well written, thorough and full of useful observations and suggestions for supporting my daughter at home, in school and at university in the future. Freya and her team where wonderful, they where always their to answer and questions and offer support. It sounds silly but we felt heard. Every step was explained and we were able to take thing at our own place, they even arranged a follow up appointment for my daughter to give the opportunity to ask questions and explore her diagnosis.
