I have used Indulge before and had no qualms going back to them to arrange a trip for me and my son to Dortmund . I swapped and changed things around a few times while planning the trip and they always responded very quickly to my requested changes. communications before the trip were excellent with all the paperwork coming through promptly and they let me know before we left that the football tickets had already been delivered to the hotel.
for what they provide I found their prices reasonable and will definitely use them next time we plan a sporting trip

This was my first time using Indulge and first time going to Barcelona, so I was a little unsure how it would go.
Anyway, this was my son's 18th birthday present and we went, along with his grandad who is in his late 70's, but still a big football fan.
Picked Indulge only because of its very positive reviews. Phoned up, discussed the various games that were available and settled on the Barca v Espanyol match.
Flew out from Edinburgh 6.30am Saturday morning, which was good timing as the game had been moved from the Sunday to the Saturday (which we were aware could happen, hence the early flight). Met at Barcelona by a taxi company I'd booked and got to the Hotel Aranea by 11am. Rooms weren't ready, which was fine, just stuck our bags in a locker, did a bit of sight-seeing before heading to the game for a 4.15pm kick-off. Seats were excellent and the match itself was superb.
On Sunday, did the stadium tour and more sight-seeing, before flying home Monday morning.
Anything to look out for...?
All the vouchers and tickets were sent well in advance apart from the match tickets. They're only released 24 - 48hrs before the game, however by the time I flew out on Saturday morning, they still hadn't been emailed to me and I must admit I was getting a little panicky. Once we touched down though, I switched my phone back on and they'd arrived via email. Hotel printed them off for me without a problem.
Second thing was the Stadium Tour. I thought I'd visit the actual booking office at the ground on match day and buy them, but the queue was a mile long, so I just booked them online and got some better time slots. Again the hotel just printed them out.
Thirdly, I booked a taxi to and from the airport and probably paid too much. There are numerous black/yellow taxis floating around and their prices were all reasonable.
Finally, arrive for the Stadium Tour in plenty of time and don't worry if there's a big queue at 10am. As soon as it opens, the queue goes in really quickly.
During the day have a look at the Sagrada Familiar, it's breathtaking, and at night take a walk down Las Ramblas to the port.
The main thing though was the football and I was really pleased how it was all arrange by Indulge. I would certainly use them again, especially if you're looking to book tickets as a present well in advance of the tickets being released.
The hotel was nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful, it's also within walking distance of the Sagrada Familia.

Our trip to watch Barcelona v Rayo vallecano was well organised by Bobby and the staff at Indulge Football, all were very helpful and answered any questions or queries we had about the trip. Me and my 3 friends can't thank them enough for a great experience and a great weekend that we had. We would like to say thank you to Bobby and We're looking forward to organising our next trip with Indulge Football.

I was trying to find some a way to enjoy some European culture and see a top class game for my football mad son for his 21st, he wished Germany, and ideally Bayern Munich, the seed was set, just need to sort it, my issue was where to find the tickets and not get ripped off by false companies/touts, i didn't wish to be meeting some fella outside the stadium to collect a dodgy ticket etc.
After some searching i had a few options, though Indulge was the one that covered all the bases, football, flights & accommodation, all be it, i could have most likely saved money if booked elements separately, but as i said before, i need to know it was all legit.
I called, spoke with Sam who talked me through the process, i had dome some homework, so was easy to go over the details, and it was booked, flights from Manchester, the Arthotel Munich and match tickets in what turned out to be extremely good seats.
We went Friday to Monday, with the game on the Sunday, arriving in Munich around 8am, train transfer to the city centre 26euro for the two of us for an all day, all zone travel card. after exploring the city, checked into the hotel about 20-30min walk from the main city centre, the hotel was far nicer than the photos online showed, the rooms were spacious, bed comfortable, large TV, mini fridge and decent bathroom, the hotel breakfast included in the rate was excellent, plenty of choice, always fresh, a great way to start the day in an unfamiliar city!!. There's plenty to do in Munich, we booked a city walking tour to understand some of the history & culture, but there's hop & off bus tours too, we visited the BMW museum, a great place even if your not a petrol head!! and then there's the beer houses, and the food markets, all amazing.
Match day was great, lots of supporters in the beer houses making merry, before a short commute on the underground 10euro each return to the stadium, access was simple and swift even with the security checks, we were blessed as Bayern won 6-0 on the day, the only downside to the whole weekend was that the food concessions in the stadium didn't take cash, it was card only, thankfully we were covered, but others planning on going bear this in mind as you really do need to have a beer or two, bratwurst & pretzel to get the full match day experience.
All in all a great weekend was had, and on our return we got a follow up call form Sam to see how it all went, which is a nice customer focused touch. We will most certainly be booking again through Indulge, you may find it cheaper if you break it down and book elements separately, but you wont get the piece of mind that it has been properly organised & tested in advance.

I booked a surprise trip to Madrid for the El Classico game for my husband's anniversary gift. Neither of us were disappointed. The booking process right through to match day ran without fault. Any emails were answered by Bobby immediately. The match itself was everything we hoped it would be. What a fantastic experience. I could not recommend this enough.

The guys at indulge football did an amazing job organising our trip to Dortmund and the communication was was excellent . The hotel Tryp was within walking distance and very clean,tidy and Modern. The tickets were waiting for us at check in as promised. As for the match experience it’s self it was phenomenal I would high recommend going to the fans bar next to the ground where both sets of fans mingle before and after the game in a great atmosphere. The Stadium and facilities were out of this world a real must for all football fans.

The hotel that was booked for us was right near Marienplatz (2 stops on the tube). The hotel it’s self was really good standard and it was clean/tidy and I would 100% stay there again.

The tickets to our game were ready for me as soon as I checked in and I got an email the day before to say that they had been delivered.

The guys from indulge (Bobby & Jade) we’re always in communication with me and answered any questions I had promtply and professionally.

All round great experience and I will certainly be booking with indulge again.

Went to recent Barcelona champions league game and loved it; seats were excellent. Very well organised by Indulge Football who were quick to help throughout.

What a great experience!! I recently travelled to Barcelona to watch them play Lyon in the Champions League. Indulge handled everything perfectly, we were able to choose where we wanted to fly from, how long we wanted to stay, what hotel we wanted and where we wanted to sit at the match all with such ease. They were quick to respond to any emails and questions I had and would recommend them to anyone. 5 star experience and wallet friendly too.
