Put in 5 litres of diesel into a petrol car. Called up and within 40 minutes, Jim was out by Currie and sorted the issue within 10 minutes, which was handy as I was still meant to be at work. Great service and speedy. Would recommend to anyone.

Diesel was put into my petrol Hire car and I was broken down in Glasgow city centre at 4am Christmas Day!

Jim was even in his bed when he got the call but came out to me within 40 mins of me calling - drained and fixed within 30 mins!

He has completely saved my Christmas by selflessly coming to my aid and has saved me a very very expensive bill with the hire company

Excellent service. Recieved a phone call to confirm the exact location of the car and was advised by the technician of his estimated time of arrival. Jim Cullen carried out the work to remove the diesel that had been accidentally put into my sons car. ( runs on unleaded ) Jim was friendly and very professional in all aspects of the work he carried out. With the proper fuel in the car he got the car up and running again without any issues. You know the story.. one of our drivers put petrol in diesel tank. Right at the end of a Saturday night backshift. Nightmare. Thankfully, for a very reasonable price, Jim from Fuel Doctor came out to sort it that very night after 10pm. It had been arranged by the call handler for the next day, but Jim gave me a call & offered to come to us that night, which was brilliant. He also put my mind at ease regards the damage that may have been done to the engine. Can’t recommend Fuel Doctor highly enough.

My elderly parent had put petrol in his diesel Nissan, Jim met me at the garage near to Annie's and and sorted it all out with no drama, great service good price and great communication from Jim. Hope I never have to but would use this company again.

After misfuelling (petrol into diesel car), were given the number for Fuel Doctor. Jim (Glasgow area) arrived in the expected time, drained the petrol, put in a small amount of diesel, and got us going again quickly. Excellent service

Called on the fuel doctor after a quick google search and was very quickly put through to someone in my area who could help! Jim Cullen was on his way to me (in Edinburgh) and would be with me within the hour! The whole process was quick and easy. Great service during a rather stressful situation. I cannot rate Jim in Glasgow highly enough. He came out first thing on a Saturday morning, did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it and for the price agreed. What more could you ask for? He was also a lovely guy, hardworking and honest. He remedied a bad situation and didn’t make me feel like I was an idiot. (which I am) 100% recommend. 5 stars all round. Stephen at Fuel Doctor gave me the best experience I have ever had with an independent company. My sister had filled my petrol VW with half a tank of Diesel and DROVE and left me broken down at a slip road in SL3. Stephen arrived within the allotted window, kept me informed and reassured that he takes every issue personally and would try his absolute best. I was prepared for whatever the outcome and I am very glad HE GOT IT SORTED! It is refreshing to know there are still real, high integrity gentlemen out there in this industry. Stephen is a star to hold onto!!!

After calling Fuel Doctor it wasn't long before I heard from Jason who asked lots of questions and informed me that he doubted I had damaged my car, which helped to ease my worry. He said that he would be there about 1.40pm. He arrived early and was done and dusted in half an hour. He was so friendly and made me feel totally happy with the service he was providing to me. There is no hesitation in me recommending Jason and Fuel Doctor should anyone else make the mistake I did in the Weston Super Mare area. Thank you.
