We have used fuelmate for a number of years now and cannot recommend them enough. Their online platform is efficient and easy to use and the customer service we get is excellent. Our account manager Dan is always quick to help with any queries.

Fuelmate supply all our fuel cards and do a fantastic job. Great pricing and a very professional company.

Fuelmate offer outstanding customer service to our group and react quickly to any requests we make of them, we are informed without prompting of any large movements in the market place that could effect our weekly costings.

The process was very simple. FuelMate provided us with a detailed analysis of each of our businesses, highlighting exactly where we could save a substantial amount of money.

We then started the rollout with two of our businesses—one located in the South East region of England and the other in Aberdeenshire. This allowed us to conduct a fair trial with broad coverage. So far, everything has worked great.

The account team has been quick to follow up with any assistance needed via email, and the portal itself is self-explanatory, making it easy to navigate.

All in all, our experience with FuelMate has been brilliant. I honestly have no complaints and would highly recommend them to other users.

App easy to use and the invoices easy to read also keeping prices down and great communication if we need anything.

Over the last year we have built up a very strong relationship with Dan Hall (our Account Manager) who goes above and beyond each week to offer very competitive rates for us. Nothing is too much hassle from the ordering of Cards, pricing structure on a weekly basis and is always happy to help if we have any issues with a Service Station. We as a business Value Dan's time he is always prompt and professional. I wouldn't have an issue recommending Fuelmate for other businesses to use.

Tired of all the nonsense and underhanded tactics from UKFuels and Allstar, who of course monopolise, the company fuel market. So I've turned to Fuelmate, where everything is upfront, simple, honest and consistent. There are no solutions that are perfect! That would mean having company fuel cards that were usable at every service station. Wouldn't that be great??? For now, Fuelmate is by far the best solution to my company fuel usage.

A nice not pushy advisor, invoices are prompt and easy to manage and review.

It has made such a difference in being dealt with as if you are actually valued as a customer. Have been with Fuelmate for a few years. Competitive prices, great customer service and instant access to an account manager if needed. If ever I've had a query calls are answered quickly and the query dealt with instantly. Very happy with the service we receive.

Transferred to Fuelmate from Allstar. Fuelmate charges are so much less. The transition was very simple. Our account manager was very helpful. The customer service is excellent, Fuelmate make you feel like a valued customer.

Never had any issues with Fuelmate, account manager and other staff members are very helpful. The invoices are clear and have all of the information we need.
The portal is also really useful.

We have always changed suppliers on a regular basis to try and maintain the best price possible however we have stayed with Fuelmate for quite a few years now and that is due to the Customer Service which is the best by far.
Our account manager is always keen to help and even contacts us to give us pre warning of any major price changes so we can prepare accordingly.
We find their prices are extremely competitive and would highly recommend.

A good service, fairly competitive prices and nice to be able to get to speak to a person and not a machine when calling. Any issues i.e. lost cards the team are quick to act and resolve the problem without fuss.

Good selection of fuel cards, covering most fuel stations. Price is ok, although it does help if you request they look at the prices every so often, to keep them competitive, which they have always done.
