Complete scam please do not purchase from this website lucky for me my bank managed to decline the order

Like most, I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing! Absolutely disgusting company! Paid £4.99 for p&p only for the t shirt to arrive 3 weeks later!! I later found out this was because it was coming from China. The sizes are terrible, I ordered a large men’s t-shirt, it would be more suited to a 6 year old! The print on the t-shirt is awful quality and does not reflect the obvious computer generated image shown on the website! Terrible customer service and will NEVER order from this site again, and I urge no one else to!

I purchased wrong size and emailed Funnyteeshirt 3 times about about exchanging it for correct size on still waiting a reply.

Utter rubbish sent a t-shirt that's not even colour I ordered. I got beige not silver the sizing leads alot to be desired. I'm reporting to trading standards and have taken it up with my bank. I think ripping people off in this day and age is a joke especially with distance selling laws.

I'm really sad I didn't read the reviews on here before ordering a t shirt from here. Really don't like the t shirt I received but no response for customer service so I guess I'm stuck with the hideous thing!

Obviously copied the original graphic from somewhere. Low res, low quality and condensed to a small size in the middle of the tee shirt - nothing like the computer generated pics on their website.

They responded to one email but I’m not going to bother with trying to get a refund considering the cost of returning etc.

Absolutely shoddy unmerchantable tee shirt, have tried contacting by email and on their website, no answer, will have to contact Paypal to initiate a complaint.AVOID THIS COMPANY

I was alarmed by some of the reviews after I had ordered my t-shirt using PayPal however with a little patience I could see that my t-shirt was on its way and it arrived 9 Days Later exactly as ordered the right colour size and print quality it has no labels it was packaged well and delivered by my morning postman

Company claims to be UK based but item comes from China.
The t shirt will arrive poorly sized and very poor quality, as others mentioned.
I tried contacting them via their online form and multiple times via their support email address listed on the confirmation email and website but had no response.
Eventually sent the item as a return to the UK return address listed on their site under ‘return policy’. I ensured I used royal mail signed for.
The item reached them but I received no refund.
Eventually opened a PayPal dispute to which they finally responded via a completely different email address and asked me to return the item to a Chinese warehouse address. Obviously this was not possible as I no longer had the item.
They refused to refund me unless I made the return to this address so I escalated the case to a PayPal claim giving evidence of all my attempts at communication, tracking and proof of delivery to their UK address and screenshot evidence of their policy stated on their own site.
It took 2 months but PayPal have decided in my favour and I am finally getting my refund.
Use the site if you are happy to wait for an item to arrive from China in poor quality but do not expect anything in the way of customer service as all information on their site is false and they will not respond.
I suggest to avoid this site.

Avoid using this company! T-shirt never arrived and no acknowledgement to emails! SCAM!

I ordered a tshirt for a birthday present. Th print quality is awful. As if it is copy pasted from Microsoft Paint. I wrote several messages, no reply. I called them, the given number is wrong. Scammers.

Ordered a tshirt which never arrived. No response to numerous emails and had to reclaim my money back from the bank. Don't waste your time ordering from them, their customer service is terrible

Pleased overall with Pugvengers T-shirt.
I was disappointed to find the item was being shipped from China when I’d checked it was a British based company. The Tshirt took 11 days to arrive which was fine as I had it in time for a birthday. I’m happy with the T-shirt- the image is clear and bright, not pixelated (I was worried), and the T-shirt material is fine, perhaps a little thin.

Absolutely disgusting.
For £30 crazy postage I dint expect it to take 3 weeks to turn up.
Then the print quality is hilariously bad. Print very thin over 90% so you see more than shirt than print. It's smudged around the edges. Totally unusable
And they don't respond - obviously.
Not surprising barring how many complaints they have on trust pilot 96% bad. Wish I'd looked here first
So I went to write a review as I'm absolutely furious

I RECOMEND AVOID THIS SITE - I ordered a tee shirt for my son last year and it still has not arrived. I had to find out myself that it was apparently lost in transit. Despite multiple emails, repeatedly answering the same questions ( I assume these are automated / bots ) and giving them the same information there has still been no product or refund 7 months later. I would advise to stay away from this site so you may not experience the same disappointment I have.

They don't even deserve 1 star!
The worst quality and service EVER!
They show details of how to get a refund on their site, but its all rubbish. They ignore you. Unfortunately for me I didn't pay with PayPal so wasted £30 (£40 if you include all the postage) on these cowboys as looks like I will never see my money back.

AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. The tee arrived pixelated and blurry. Just awful all round really.

Scam! This is actually a Chinese company and I still haven’t received the item even though I ordered it 10 days ago! I thought I am paying nearly 6 pounds delivery charge for next day delivery as I needed the item urgently. I am dreading what will happen if the t-shirt is wrong size and I have to return it all the way to China!

Like the others have said, this is just a scam site. Just like the others, the shirt was incredibly poor quality.

Image was just a JPG ripped from Google, thrown on a transfer and ironed on. It was discoloured, insanely low resolution and blurry.

I've asked for my money back by filling out their contact form and emailing, all have been ignored. Good luck trying to phone them with random extra numbers thrown into it too.

Awful company, DO NOT USE

Edit - I had to raise a PayPal dispute to sort this out, and even then the Chinese side fought to not have to refund. Be tenacious
