Scam company- been waiting for a refund for 4months and no reply to several emails.

No T shirt arrived, I was told by the courier it was being returned to China ( which had I had known it was coming from here I would not have bought it) so I contacted them for a refund...... No reply, no T shirt, no refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ***********************

Ordered at the end of December and have only just managed to get my money back as they lost the PayPal dispute.
Quality was just shocking, laughable actually. Image was blew up and so pixelated that it was just all blurry and almost unreadable.
Website states English address, but on Google maps it’s just a little bungalow not a unit as stated. 12 digit English phone number which of course doesn’t work.
Asked to return, they ignored the email.
Opened up a PayPal dispute and the seller replied that it would need to be sent back to China at my cost…
Hmmm already been ripped off 35quid now you want me to spend another tenner on postage… nope!
Explained all of this to PayPal and they sided with us and gave us a refund and we got to keep the shirts (no thanks)
Now saw that the website has closed… I’m sure they will set up another rip off site soon.
Hope these people sleep at night is beyond me.

No no no no no!!

Wish I’d have read these reviews before ordering, absolute joke of a company, if that’s what you can call them! No communication at all, address does not exist and the contact number has one too many digits! Ordered back on the 5th December and still nothing!

Ordered a shirt on 26/12/2022 which arrived on 04/01/2023 (impressively fast considering it came from China to the UK amidst the mail strikes). Sadly when I opened the item I saw it was a bad quality iron-on transfer onto a tissue-paper thin t-shirt and not the high quality item the website claimed at all. The website (funnyteeshirts.co.uk) advised that to return the shirt I'd need to send it via recorded post to the address on their website: 2 St Peters Walk, Hockwold, Thetford, Norfolk IP26 4JE. I did this and the Royal Mail attempted to deliver on 19th January but couldn't get a signature as the address is unoccupied.

I emailed funnyteeshirts to advise and they replied with the tracking info from when they first dispatched it. I replied to explain I wasn't chasing delivery but trying to return it and they sent me the same response. Royal Mail attempted delivery again on 21st January and the same thing happened. I emailed funnyteeshirts again to explain and got the same response. I emailed back to say they'd misunderstood my email and they replied to advise I should contact Evri about my delivery.

At this point I found this page of reviews on Trustpilot and realised I was being scammed by a company based in China. I emailed them to advise I was be escalating my complaint to PayPal and this time they replied "contact them". I tried to respond 2 mins later to find that the email address was no longer functioning as the domain funnyteeshirts.co.uk no longer existed. I checked the website too and found it no longer worked (presumably to prevent the fake info listed on their returns section from being checked).

After escalating the matter to PayPal I got a response from a Yahoo email address 'hoverboardscooter' (the email address connected to funnyteeshirts PayPal account) via the PayPal escalations service asking me to "send photos of the shirt, especially the size label". I responded to say I couldn't do that as the item has already been posted to them in Hockwold. They then told me I had to post the item to the Chinese factory to get a refund. I asked why they listed the wrong address on their website and got no response.

Out of curiosity I Googled the real Yahoo email address (hoverboardscooter) and found hundreds of complaints of being scammed by an identical company connected to that email address from Canada, Australia, the United States and other countries. I doubt I will get my money back but I will continue to try.

Ordered 2 items. They were laughable the quality of them. You think they would come from the UK. But no, they are sent from China. I spent £15 to ship them back for refund which has got lost by evri. Expensive lesson. What a joke of a company. If only we all read these reviews first.

Negative experience no product received and no refund!!!!

I placed an order back in November and the tracking stopped on 23rd November - I have contacted the company and although I get a reply it’s a one line answer, not professional at all and all they say is they are awaiting a response from the courier! I have asked for a refund in every email but the response is always the same. I am not sure how long I am supposed to wait for a response from the courier but I doubt I will ever see my money again or the t shirt that I ordered for Christmas. I would not recommend ordering from this company at all!

Scam!!. Ordered a tshirt for a Christmas present. Didn't arrive. Contacted them. Said it got lost in the post and they would send another one. Asked when i could expect it. Never replied to me. Still haven't received and I doubt I will.

Do not order from this site. They are a scam. I ordered a tshirt at the beginning of December for a Christmas present and I am still waiting for it. Despite several attempts to contact the company I just keep being told to wait longer and the courier has to many parcels to deal with. Everytime I ask for a refund they point blank refuse or ignore the messages. An absolute joke of a company which should not be allowed to continue trading.

Save your money the company say they in the uk its all lies after you process item you need item code you never get one and you can't even call them because they based in China i read all the reviews this company are bad they need to get off the internet don't be followed by them waste of time layers

Would give 0 stars if I could. As with another reviewer, I believed the company to be UK based but only discovered after ordering that the item was coming from China. All dealings prior to this were with .co.uk addresses. T shirt arrived with text missing. Asked seller for a refund or replacement to no joy. They said it was not faulty despite my picture. Raised a dispute through PayPal to be told to return the item to China. It would have cost me more than I paid to send it to them! Avoid at all costs and Paypal are no help either!

No confirmation email or order number given, just updates from delivery company named Evri. Evri apparently had no shipping address or number to contact if they ever got there, even though the information had been given 3 times. No updates, no customer service line that wasnt crap and automated. When back on teeshirt site, it cannot track item or it doesnt exist and the number given on site to call 'is not recognised'. THIS IS A SCAM.

Like many other customers of Funny teeshirts I wish I had read these reviews before making a purchase with this scam company. I had ordered a tshirt a few weeks ago for a Christmas gift which has never arrived. My 2 emails requesting a refund have been ignored much like many other disgruntled customers on this site. On checking the tracking number the parcel has been stuck at some unknown hub somewhere for the last 2 weeks. I believe some of these tracking details are simply made up to mislead the customer.
Also the customer is lead to believe they are buying from a legitimate UK manufacturer, there is no indication you are buying inferior goods from China that you will have to wait weeks for and why should customers be refused a refund for faulty workmanship/wrong sizes unless they return the item to China at their own expense. I find it incredible that this company is being allowed to trade. I think The Office of Fair Trading should take a look at these reviews. So if you are considering making a purchase with this company please continue to read a few more reviews. I guarantee you will look elsewhere.

Ordered what I believed to be a screen print tee shirt from a Norfolk based company. The whole enterprise is a sham. Chinese based. Tee shirt appalling quality with vinyl transfer. Tried to get a refund. Nothing. Claimed via Pay Pal to be told the company offered a refund if I posted the item to China at my own expense!! Why should I post tracked delivery to China to get a refund. Disgrace. Disgusted with Pay Pal too.

T-shirt was supposed to be a men's small when it arrived would fit a 10-year-old the only way they will refund it is if I post it back to China at a cost of £10 do not bother ordering from this site!!!

Avoid! Website looks like a UK based company but when you order it turns out to be shipping from China and took as long too. Product quality was poor with blurred image and a mark in the print - tried contacting customer services via website and email to request a refund and heard nothing. Waste of money do not use!!

SCAM CHINA BASED COMPANY!!!
Ordered a T-shirt took 3 weeks to arrive, contacted company several times asking to cancel order and refund as too late for present. Abhorrent customer service. No refund.
Product eventually arrived, cheap Chinese rubbish!!!
