Eventually received order but was wrong! Not the correct slogans! Requested a refund as it was useless to me but they asked if I wanted another sent, I said no as it was now too late, meant to be Xmas present and have now purchased something else, they had said they sent me another anyway and if I want a refund then to pay to send it back to china when the package arrives!
AVOID!

The T shirt took about 4 weeks to arrive but it is here and nothing wrong with it.
I received emails telling me it was on its way, and I had a tracking number, so I don't understand why so may reviews are saying its a scam. The only thing that wasn't obvious was that the item was being shipped from China not the UK.
If it had been more obvious that the delivery was going to take a few weeks then I would be giving them 5 stars

Like all the other reviews … didn’t realise this item was coming from China. Website misleading, if I had realised I wouldn’t have ordered from this firm as I’d rather have bought from a UK based company.
Can’t give a proper review as 3 weeks later item still not arrived

Check out this company for yourself- dont make the mistake I did. I purchased a t shirt from what was advertised as a UK company. The t shirt arrived with wonky print (see other reviews for similar issues) and BTW the t shirts are the cheapest, thinnest, roughest t shirts Ive ever seen. The print, as well as wonky, is faded. I have contacted the company for a refund. The item is not 'seconds' and there is no way I can give this as a gift. The website states the return address is a UK address. The UK telephone number is fake (too many digits)- I suspect the UK address is a random address they have chosen, and no one replies to the emails. I have had to open a dispute via paypal and eventually got a response from someone in China advising me I could return this to China for a refund- the postage costing more than the t shirt! The returns policy on the website says returns are to the UK address. Its a complete scam. There is nothing English about this company. You are not supporting a small business. The whole website is a lie so that they can take your money and deliver (eventually) substandard goods. I am waiting on Paypal now to see if i can get a refund

Ordered two Christmas TSHirts. No response to size changing. No answers to emails. Telephone number is fake. Three different business names attached.
Beware, they take the money and dont respond.

Can I give less than a star? It has been over 2 weeks since I ordered this product from the 'UK' The contact email addresses for this company seems to be returning automated messages which don't answer my questions. Also the phone number/address given for the company are fake. The products are shipped from China, which I didn't realise when I ordered and this was not made clear. It was made to look like an English company. After trying to call the phone number on the website I found out it doesn't exist!!!! I haven't even received my parcel which I was told had been delivered days ago. I have sent 4 emails to funny tees and 2 emails to the courier company Evri. No luck.
I am furious about this, I work hard for my money and I would like a refund as soon as possible.
The customer service is appalling.
I am very disappointed.

Desperately wish I'd checked TrustPilot first.

Ordered thinking I was supporting a small, local business. Unfortunately they're based in China and they're intentionally misleading customers about this via their website. As soon as I got a tracking email from them saying the parcel was coming from China, I tried to cancel and they flat out refused, claiming they'd sent my order out "several days ago". I had ordered less than 24 hours before that email, so they flat out lied in their response to my cancellation request.

AVOID!

I ordered a t shirt. It took over 6 weeks to arrive and then came from China.
The graphic was not central and was on wonky.
I asked them to replace it. They asked for photos, which I did several times, then they never replied any further.
The only contact since has been to say I should have it now. I asked them if they wanted it back, no reply.
I just want a product I can use/ give as a present.
They are no longer contacting me. They will not discuss a replacement

I ordered a T shirt that is massively too big. The sleeves are more like trouser legs. Print quality poor too. I have emailed them 3 times now about a refund with no response. Their customer service no is a fake mobile number (too many digits) Extremely disappointed

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered a tee shirt two weeks ago. Its still not arrived so requested a refund. They sent email to me at 11pm at night saying they could send another t shirt. I explained i wanted a refund but as yet i have not received this.

please do not use this company i ve placed an order on the 2nd of december, and i am still waiting on which i dont think i will get. i paid extra for delivery. i have emailed so many times and telephoned, NO HELP and the phone number does not work either. says from the uk but there actally from china so avoid

Worst print ever, low quality print. CRAP - WASTE OF MONEY - SO DISAPPOINTED !

Address of business leads you to a private home in Thetford. Suspect a drop shipping operation from China, hence the expensive postage at £4.95 per T Shirt. Nothing wrong with that but the website intimates that they are UK based and does not mention how long you have to wait to receive your order. After emailing several times the items I ordered eventually arrived 15 days later. T Shirt cotton quality is ok but the print is wrinkled. Not washed yet but suspect it won't stay on for long.

What a complete load of shysters giving a uk address then shipping goods from China!!! I ordered on the basis they were a uk based company as I needed reasonable delivery only to discover my goods were coming from China (yeah merry Christmas February and all that) I emailed to express my disappointment only to receive axcurt reply to say their headquarters are uk but they ship from all over They know exactly what they are doing but as I said to them once bitten etc AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would stay clear the website is false information especially when it comes to the return information, states to return back to there UK address and if anything doesnt meet with there returns policy it will not be accepted yet when I email they say if I don't return back to the China factory the return will not be accepted🙄

Also would like to add the sizing is definitely on the large size so won't fit my son who I purchased a personalised tshirt for and on top of that I don't know if anyone else has thought the same Issue but the tops which are meant to be for men or boys looks more shaped for a girl with the sleeves being on the shorter side

AWFUL - LOST MY MONEY, LEFT WITH VERY POOR PRINT QUALITY! Company is NOT based in the UK.

It started off quite well, I placed the order on 26th October, it was shipped on 27th October 2022. I sent an e-mail on 7th November explaining that I had received the order and was very pleased with the shipping speed but the print quality was really poor - you could see the print lines and the image is very blurry. I attached images.

I did not receive a response from the seller. I found another e-mail to message via PayPal, so I tried that again. Nothing, no response.

I opened a PayPal case on 15th November 2022. I no longer wanted a replacement at this rate due to the amount of time that it has taken to resolve this and because the seller had no customer care whatsoever. I asked for the seller to provide me with a returns label because I should not be paying to return a FAULTY t-shirt, alllll the way to China, out of my money! The goods were provided faulty and not as described.

The seller has refused to provide me with a returns label so I have to pay to return a faulty item otherwise I won't receive a refund and PayPal have said I need to send it back to receive a refund.

Shocking how these Chinese companies are allowed to operate in the UK and not follow basic laws.

I’m honestly so shocked at how many bad reviews there are. I checked these reviews before ordering but still risked it and ordered a blackpink tshirt. There was a really nice one that I liked and wanted to get but was a little skeptical but I’m so glad I got it!
It did come later than I was expecting it to but it was just about on time for the day of the concert so of course I wore it :)
Great quality, looks exactly how it did in the picture. I’m very happy with my purchase <3

Do not use!!!!! Print quality is appalling, total scam. When I tried to get a refund, no reply. Be aware
