From sales to after-sales funstuff have been incredible to deal with. After assembling our sons car I couldn’t get it working (my fault), I sent an email with a video and within minutes I had a response telling me what I needed to do and it worked.

Great investment
I got a new claiming frame with monkey bars for my 3 years old. He loves it. I purchased it because my oldest who are now adults had one and used it until they were about 12/13. Even in the rain they would be on it, it’s a great one to have in Ireland as he doesn’t get slippery and keep the kids off the muddy ground. Great quality also, I gave away my old one as I didn’t think I will have an other child but it was still in perfect condition. Top product really

Id ordered a parcel wasn't big at all paid for delivery and still had to wait nearly 3 weeks and live in Ireland ,after emails back and forward then they had to send another parcel that did arrive but in future I'll be avoiding this company be quicker ordering from China with half the price and not in my life time will I be ordering from here

Your order was placed on Saturday 10th and dispatched with DPD on Monday 12th. When you contacted us on Friday the 23rd to let us know it hadn’t arrived, we arranged a replacement which was sent on Monday the 26th and delivered on Tuesday the 27th.
While we acted as quickly as possible once we became aware of the issue, we completely understand that this still caused inconvenience and we’re very sorry for that.

I'm sorry to leave this review
I'm sorry to leave this review, but on the 11th of December, I purchased a swing set for my nephews, and according to the FunStuff website, this was in time for a Christmas delivery. Unfortunately it has still not arrived. I emailed the company on the 21st of December by which time I was under the impression it should have arrived, and was advised that due to congestion they changed the delivery to the DPD service. I sent follow up emails on the 23rd of December, the 28th of December, the 30th of December, and now after their break again today. I have not received any reply, or information about the delivery. I contacted DPD who said they required the consignment number, and have asked Fun Stuff for the consignment number so I could follow up that way, but still haven't heard back. I'm sad that the Christmas present for my nephews was not delivered in time for Christmas, and is still missing. I tried to call them today and both their Northern Irish, and Irish phone numbers are not available. I don't know what to do.

Later on the 6th of Jan, the company replied to my last email and arranged for a swing set to be sent as one had not been sent, and it arrived several days later, so resolved which was something.
