Avoid this company. Taking money to order furniture, no delivery, no money.
I’m writing this as a warning so others don’t go through the same situation.

I ordered a custom-made sofa on January 4th and paid £1244 including delivery. The delivery was scheduled for February 28–29.

Since then, it has been nothing but delays and excuses.

First, the delivery was pushed back by a week. Then another two weeks. And then again and again.

I was told things like the driver didn’t make it, the sofa only got as far as London, and there were issues transporting it further. There was constant contact at the beginning lots of voice messages and calls with repeated assurances.

After about 6 weeks, the story suddenly changed. I was told the sofa wasn’t in London at all, but actually still in Kielce, Poland, and that he would personally go there to arrange transport.

Last week, I was told the sofa had been collected and I would receive a video the next day. That was on Friday. On Saturday, he was supposed to send proof.

Nothing.

By Monday, he stopped answering my calls completely.

At one point, after days of silence, I asked for an update and he actually asked me if the sofa had already been delivered, saying he thought the case was closed.

At that moment, I knew something was seriously wrong.

I opened a claim with PayPal and thankfully received a full refund.

To this day, the sofa has never been delivered and I have had no further contact.

Bought furniture through the website. The company refused to provide any delivery despite consumer law require them to do so. The delivery information was required as the person is disabled and we needed to organise help receiving the delivery. Nearly a month since failed delivery, still no refund !!!
Stay away if you don’t want to fight for your money back!!

If I knew how bad it would be. Starting to think it is a scam company. Avoid.
Delivery was late, damaged, with missing product and a duplicate. Still not sorted. Bad communication.

AVOID!!! I would give 0 stars If I could. The wardrobe I ordered was not delivered, very poor communication from the company. The number on the website was not working. After a couple of weeks after placing the order I had to chase the seller for some info about delivery and got a quick reply it will be delivered coming Saturday. It wasn't. I requested a refund which also was not processed and on the end I had to ask PayPal to step in and give me my money back. AVOID!!!!

I've seen a few reviews labelling this company a scam, and although that's not been my experience how I definitely would describe the way they operate is "unorthodox".

Firstly, the furniture is good enough quality flat pack. It's not amazing but not bad quality either. Same as you get from IKEA, Argos etc. We only ordered from them as they had a book case that fitted the exact spot we had.

Where the "unorthodox" part comes in is that it is imported directly from Poland - and when I say directly, I mean directly!

We were put in touch with our delivery driver who, as it transpires, was driving in a van from Poland to make deliveries in the UK. He was very cheerful and friendly and quickly replied to my texts for updates. The unorthodox part? The furniture was delivered at 3am!

So a perfectly legitimate company, decent furniture but obviously won't be for everyone.

Unexpectedly good service, I'd like to say. Pretty well managed, they immediately answered my questions, and halp me to choose the right options and appropriate delivery date. Prise matches the quality. I'm satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this service.

I purchased a new bed on 16 Nov, after 2 weeks I still hadn't got any communication other than the original confirmation of the order, I called the store to enquire about delivery and the guy said he would email me by the end of the day with all the information I needed and basically ended the call. He didn't give me chance to say who I was or ask what my order reference was, so I have no idea how he thought he would be able to email me! I followed up the day after and got the same but was able to advise that I wasn't happy, he did at least take some details this time. Later that night I got a text advising he would refund me. I did eventually get a refund but it took some effort and I would say that this isn't really a 'shop' despite what the website says/looks like. I think it is more likely some guy being an intermediary reseller so he has no stock of his own. Based on the limited dealings I had with them, I didn't feel it was professional or reputable and so I would recommend that you avoid shopping with them - or if you do risk it, you pay via a method that gives you the protection you deserve.

This bed not only offers a stylish and contemporary design, but the added lifting mechanism has been a game-changer for me. The furniture was delivered quickly. Service at a high level

Absolutely awful company that take your money and don’t deliver the goods! Customer service is shocking and I’m still waiting for a replacement or refund which has not been offered and also they don’t even get in contact with you, sent numerous emails and nothing. Seeking legal advice about this matter

Don’t even deserve a *! Worse experience in my life! Avoid! I ordered a furnitures worth over £900 and been stolen 🙄 the courier rang me at 22:45 on Sunday night saying he’s outside (and in terms and conditions said delivery at the weekends between 8am to 6pm) and because I’m in process of moving house there was only me at old place as my husband stayed at new place with our new born baby as he wouldn’t be able to communicate with the courier in polish. The courier parked up at my neighbours address because the only access to my house is through pathway, he opened the van and looked at me like I had to unload the van and then he said show me where I live (it was only a few meters from my neighbour as it’s on the corner) then he said he’s not going to carry to my door because that’s not his job but clearly in the term and conditions said “delivery to the building doors only” so he called me disrespectful and it’s not his problem and started laughing and he’s going to unload and leave it and I have to call my husband to pick it up so he unloaded the van and left the furnitures on the grass at the different address at 11pm. The courier was so rude and moaning and more likely he was disrespectful not me as he should delivery the furnitures to my doors as I never asked him to bring it home. (Every time I order something all the items are delivered to the door no one leaves it at the different address on the grass🙄) I rang my husband and I went back to my new place and then my husband went to pick it up and when he got there all the furniture went missing. I tried to get in contact with customer service unfortunately no one is replying to my emails. such a poor customer service and delivery process is even worse such a nightmare! If they keep ignoring my emails I will get in touch with solicitor. I paid for something that’s gone missing and no one wants to take responsibility for it! Ridiculous and disgusting behaviour! Don’t buy anything from this company unless you want to lose your money! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Rather disappointing quality for what you pay. Could have paid half of what I did at IKEA for much better quality.

Doors after all sorts of hinge adjustements don't align perfectly. Drawers are even worse, holes are simply not drilled accurately enough. I will need to get my drill out and drill new holes myself.

Communication for delivery was great but I would gladly trade bad communication for a good quality product.

Avoid. We ordered Approx £900 worth of furniture from this company. After about a week of taking our payment they then processed a full refund. No communication as to why or anything. We e.mailed them numerous times to ask and again no responses. Immediately after ordering the products with them my Wife starting receiving hundreds of SPAM EMails from various different sources. I can only assume these guys are selling on information. The furniture appeared to be considerably cheaper than other retailers (Approx £200 cheaper across our full order). But, they dont appear to be at all legit, so I would definitely avoid them...
