Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Taking money to order furniture, no delivery, no money.
I’m writing this as a warning so others don’t go through the same situation.
I ordered a custom-made sofa on January 4th and paid £1244 including delivery. The delivery was scheduled for February 28–29.
Since then, it has been nothing but delays and excuses.
First, the delivery was pushed back by a week. Then another two weeks. And then again and again.
I was told things like the driver didn’t make it, the sofa only got as far as London, and there were issues transporting it further. There was constant contact at the beginning lots of voice messages and calls with repeated assurances.
After about 6 weeks, the story suddenly changed. I was told the sofa wasn’t in London at all, but actually still in Kielce, Poland, and that he would personally go there to arrange transport.
Last week, I was told the sofa had been collected and I would receive a video the next day. That was on Friday. On Saturday, he was supposed to send proof.
Nothing.
By Monday, he stopped answering my calls completely.
At one point, after days of silence, I asked for an update and he actually asked me if the sofa had already been delivered, saying he thought the case was closed.
At that moment, I knew something was seriously wrong.
I opened a claim with PayPal and thankfully received a full refund.
To this day, the sofa has never been delivered and I have had no further contact.
