They have a returns policy on their website, but they don’t accept returns. To start a return you have to email them, and they are meant to respond with instructions, according to their returns policy. I emailed them on the 27th of December, then again on the 3rd of January. It is the 10th of January, and they have still not responded, which means I can’t proceed with the return. Do not buy from them.

Next day delivery and couldn’t have been better.

I was looking for a particular brand of glove and found it here at a much lower price than anywhere else. I was a little suspicious but looked at their reviews and went ahead. A couple of days later my gloves arrived, I’m extremely impressed and will be using Futureproof again.

Great communication and couldnt find this colour of hoodie anywhere else, good service with communication for a delay due to shipping strikes.

I ordered Duer walking pants and they sent the wrong ones. I emailed them to ask for a return label and they did not respond.

I then returned the item at my cost and asked for a refund plus the postage costs, plus the postage return costs.

They never responded to any one of about six emails to them. I got a refund but without postage or return postage cost. In total it cost me £10.54 in postage costs (£4.99 ordering postage plus£5,55 return postage), all due to an error by the company.
At no point did I get an explanation or apology.
Unbelievably non existent customer services.

I would never purchase anything from this company again. One of my worst purchasing experiences on the internet.

Found while looking for a specific brand, turns out they had items from them on sample sale. Nice website, targeted sportswear / activewear selection, easy to find great deals. Delivery was quick and packaging was great (no plastic like others have noted). One minor issue: filtering items available by size doesn't really work, I found this issue in other webshops too
