Simply seeking advice on what Gaggia to buy very straight forward

I'm absolutely blown away. I thought this level of service was gone from this earth.
Top quality service with no affectations, from really genuine, down to earth people. I'm so glad I bought a Gaggia. Obviously Gaggia are spending money to look after their customers. They used a video call to diagnose my espresso machine right then and there. Amazing!

Excellent backup support to maintain my coffee maker.

One day all businesses will be like this. Sorted out a problem with my machine in an on-line chat (not obliged to do so) and showed me some aspects of coffee making I wasn't aware of. Will of course now buy more stuff when funds allow. This is how to run a business - compare with my other reviews of 'companies' and see how you keep customers. Astonishingly good service from Gaggia.

I contacted these guys for some advice and help with my Gaggia coffee machine which was not working properly. They quickly diagnosed the problem from the info I gave them, sent me a Youtube video with instructions on how to fix the issue. I followed these and viola, as good as new.
These guys know their onions! If you love your coffee machine, make friends with them and your Gaggia will love you forever.

The kit / machines make the best coffee by far. But the staff and after sales support from the UK team is always fantastic each time you call. Always straight through to UK based team who know their products and genuinely help.

Superb service from Danny and Katie. Was directed to technical support, got straight through, one on one by zoom and problem was fixed almost instantly. Can't rate the Gaggia team highly enough.
