I’m starting to think I’ve been scammed. I purchased a projector from them at the beginning of December for a Christmas present. When I log in today (Dec 30) it still shows unfulfilled. I filled out a form on the website where they specifically state that someone will be in touch in 1-2 days, it’s been 2 weeks of me emailing every day with no reply. The FB page hasn’t been active since 2022. Buyer beware.

After 3 or 4 times of use the thing stop working. I bought directly from the official site....

Great projector while it works, ours only lasted 5 months. No warranty so had to throw it away, I contacted the company twice but no repel we either time. Save your $80, don’t bother. You can get similar projectors that last an equal amount of time from Bunnings for $30.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered mine after misplacing my original projector which was a very sentimental gift. I reached out to customer service with an order number and they essentially told me I ordered from a counterfeit website despite having the same logo and URL as the “official site.” I then sent in a screenshot of my order confirmation and told them I was not expecting anything but they should know that there are fake websites of their product. I then did a quick google search to see that galaxy cove filters their bad reviews out so there is no bad publicity, so they are more than likely a complete scam. Very disappointed because I loved my original projector but I will definitely be looking elsewhere for a better product with better customer service. Steer clear.

I bought two Galaxycove lights for my kids.
Microphone feature never worked on either device. After a few months lights only works when plugged directly into power so rendering them useless.

Customer service are just as useless. They told me to send in a video of problem then after I do, they say video must have power point in view or need to see this or that. I have sent in 5 different videos and they are asking to see the light on the wall and not the light coming out of unit!!! Giving me the run around and not trying to help at all. Now after all the videos they are just not responding to my emails.
$100 each light is a massive rip off for this cheap unit that's made in China.

I purchased a projector thinking it was an Australian site. over a month passed and I didn't receive any notifications. I have emailed the business, messaged them through their site and have not had a reply.
This is a confirmed scam site as far as I'm concerned. I don't normally use these types of review sites but made the effort to sign up just to let people know. I wish I did more research before purchasing but then again I had to type "galaxy cove australia fake" into google to find these reviews which confirmed my suspicion.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT & SERVICE! my product arrived with the box completely smashed and torn. They won't even so much as send me a replacement BOX just the box! They state "we are not responsible for damaged products" which is BS because they choose the shipper and they package it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT EVEN IF IT'S BUSTED!

PREVIOUSLY CALLED LUXAVATE.COM. THESE SCAMMED ME AND NEVER REPLIED AFTER OFFERING ME A DISCOUNT AFTER A BROKEN PRODUCT ARRIVED.

I sent them pictures of the damaged product, it not being what I expected. After spending £16 on a scammy car 'galaxy' projector which was cheap Chinese rubbish. They eventually replied to my emails and offered a 50% refund. But after that they never replied to my emails.

They are as fake as it can get, i purchased 2 of the projectors for 135$, waited month, never arrived. Wrote them on support that it never arrived, they replied to wait even longer. I waited another month, nothing. Wrote them to give me my money back because it never arrived, they replied
"I regret to inform you that the checking time for you has long passed and is expired and we have been informed that we would have to reject your claim."

I thought im dreaming but nope, Im not joking, I never write reviews or comment stuff, but I could not pass on this one.

If you are considering buying from them, dont and stay away from them.

Purchased x2 in AUD came to just under $200. They took a while to arrive but eventually came, opened one and was using here and there over a 2 week period and it just stopped working for no apparent reason.
Opened the second one and turned on and nothing except for a faint red line inside the unit would turn on, does not project ANYTHING. Got sent 2 faulty devices and absolutely ripped off DO NOT BUY. Was told they couldn’t do anything as it’s past 7 days.
Scam of a company.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I never received my order. I called the mailing company the Royal Mail and they said able to give a compensation claim to the sender (Galaxy Cove) for my package so that Galaxy Cove could give me a refund, as I never got my package. She refused to file a compensation claim and hit me with a reply:

"We are unable to assist you any further.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Nasty nasty company.

This experience wasnt so satisfying... I had to contact their customer service many times so I could get some answers regarding to my order. Which I didn't receive any email many days... Overally not a bad projector but.

I bought a galexy cove & The reviews are correct (garbage) can't believe custermer service spoke with a (mute )..& sent a pic of cable seporated told her this does not look safe to use send me another she asked for a video I said the picture is self explanitory besides it taking over a month to show up...! Nothing has been done what a Joke !_! I PAYED CANADIAN I GOT WASHED...$113.00 FOR IT TO COME FROM THE STATES..

TERRIBLE!!! This product is a fraud. I ordered 1 for a Christmas present which took forever forever to receive. It turned on once when I tested it then when my granddaughter opened her present it didn’t work. After taking a video of it not working. Which I was asked to do. They wouldn’t replace it as it was after the 7 days “refund/replacement policy”. I can’t believe I was ripped off so much money for such a fraudulent product. Shame on you!!!!

Terrible product - Mal function

I got mine within the 18 days they promised. However, it has a malfunction as the projector makes a loud noise after 5 minutes of being on. Noise is very loud. I emailed them and they “send” a replacement which never arrived. They washed their hands of this by saying it’s the carrier’s fault. There’s no way to track this.

I definitely don’t recommend the Galaxy cove brand. You can get cheaper one on amazon with real guarantee. (It turned out to be the same product just different labels).

This is by far one of the best projectors out there the stars twinkle on the roof and colors are bright and vivid it really transformed my work space and made for awesome selfies.

Lasted exactly 21 days and then crashed. Their answer - don't care it's after 7 days.

I would give it a zero if I could. The item was never received. In fact they claimed it was returned though the address is correct and I always get other packages. I put a claim in and their finance manager Jacob stated that a dispute would be a hardship !!!! For who them ?!!! So disgusted.
