I bought a projector from Galaxy Lamps Canada and it took 2 days to get it, wicked fast! The projector itself works perfectly, it looks sturdy, the effects are beautiful, I'm really happy with it! I love all the different functionalities, pretty easy to use too.

Very good projector! The colors are bright and the app allows you to customize the projection. I am very sastisfacting. I love the blue stars! I strongly recommend this star projector! :)

To synchronize the projector, you have to put your phone on the 2.4g wifi. As soon as the projector is synchronized, you can put the phone back on the 5g. The app works very well and the projector too! :)

Order was placed on 30/11/21. Paid over £7 for deliver within 1-3 days. Item was not dispatched and there were no responses to emails until 15/12.

Galaxy lamps have agreed to refund the delivery so I have raised the rating from 1 star to 2.

Unfortunately the lack of communication to confirm what was happening with the order prevents me from scoring higher.

Don't go near these guys , no response to emails , lots of Facebook advertising but no shipment

Saw loads of Facebook and Instagram ads advertising a Halloween promo plus an extra 15% off with a code (an extra 10% if you give an email address) however this doesn't work so I contacted customer services to be told that you can't get the discount and the promo as the and says, you must wait till the promo ends and then you'll only get the 15% off. I sent a link to the offer and have since been ignored. A very underhand way of attracting customers using false advertising

Bought the lamp for myself. Overall the quality is superior compared to some of the other galaxy projectors of other brands. I really like that I can change the colors, but I wish you could change the green dots to a different color. It could be a little more realistic of a projection for the price point, but I'm not disappointed in my purchase. I see others had shipping issues but I ordered mine and received shipping information and tracking updates. Took roughly 7 days from purchase to delivery. It was packaged nice and neat and came with instructions. Definitely would buy another one.

Ideal if you need a gift idea for both children and adults! Bought if for my kids. They go to sleep earlier now just because they want to see the stars.

Galaxy Projector has exceeded my expectations. I was expecting to get just a bedside lamp, but the projector completely transformed my room. Now I have my own planetarium!

Everything is great! The Moon Lamp is excellent, delivery was fast and hassle-free. Will get another one to give as a gift.

Ordered the lamp more than 6 weeks ago and it has not been shipped yet. My friend had the same problem. The delivery time they claim it’s a lie.

Ordered galaxy lamp 3 weeks ago. Has not been shipped yet despite it being well over the time quoted. Have asked to cancel the order be get a refund although now they’re ignoring me. Just look on YouTube for good reviews and go on Amazon

Placed an order but nothing ever shipped. After waiting 5 weeks with no item ever processing to ship I asked for a refund. Would have preferred to have the item I ordered but at least I did receive a refund. I question how legitimate this business is.

Absolute scam. Stay away from this company - absolutely no information about the order after you pay - no tracking number, nothing. Support does not reply to messages at all. This is a joke not a company.

Item was out of stock, and since then I've been bombarded with emails & text messages despite requesting that they stop harassing me.

Unacceptable.

I placed 2 orders before Christmas in 2020: one for a moon lamp and one for a galaxy projector. Though shipping records indicate that both items were delivered at the same time via the same tracking number (indicating they were packed in the same box), I never received the projector ($70 CAD!). I waited until January in case the shipping was just slow and then reached out to the company. I received a default "We'll look into this and let you know" email, but as of March 31, 2021, I have not received a response from them. Not a good look.

**EDIT April 2021** After I reached out again via email and left this review, they did give me a full refund for my missing item. I have updated my review to 2 stars as I believe this issue was only resolved because I kept pushing them. But I do want to acknowledge the refund they gave me, and the customer service agents I dealt with were very polite.

I wish I would have seen these reviews beforehand. This lamp does not project anything that looks like a sky. I turned it on and saw a bunch of green dots. I doubt NASA had anything to do with this product. I asked for a refund within 24 hours. Veronica in customer service told me I could either mail it back at my own expense or be refunded 40%. I requested the 40% back. Haven't heard from them since. Con artists.

Update 3/9/21 I finally heard back from them and received my partial refund. Added a star for that!

I bought 1 galaxy projector and 2 lamps for 2020 Christmas gifts. My daughter’s projector broke when she unplugged it from the electrical outlet and it shocked her. We needed to turn the electricity off in order to remove the broken piece. It could have been extremely dangerous. I notified customer service just to have that piece replaced so that she could continue to use her $70 projector but they told me they could do nothing because it had been more than 30 days. This company does not stand behind their product.

After writing this review and writing a review on their website. They decided to replace the defected projector. I am happy about that but disappointed that it took me writing a review to force their hand.

Bought this for my partner knowing she would love it (although knowing I'd hate it as I like to sleep with 0 light).
Since setting it up I was quietly impressed by the product. The light projected gives off a tone that I find very relaxing and not at all hard to fall asleep to.

The app is okay, could use so improvement but gives you the option to change the colours, set on/off timers, integrate with Google home and I assume Alexa although I'm not sure.

If you're thinking about buying one as a gift to yourself or a friend I'd say give it a go.

placed my order in march and only just received in august. frustrating to deal with because everytime you email they take a week to respond and its the same "delays because of covid" response everytime. i emailed about 6 times from march to june and they offered me a 10% refund which i never received. the tracking website status also doesn't update and said it was still in singapore (and still says that) so i just gave up in june and accepted that i lost $100. then it turned up in august after i completely forgot about it. it is good quality and im actually satisfied with the product. not worth the 5 month wait and bad customer service though.
