A very shady casino, they will do anything to keep the winnings!

My verification process took MONTHS, and included tons of emails (my replies were very quick, theirs took 4-8 days every time), an endless amount of documents sent (they always came up with new requests once I had fulfilled their previous ones), and even a mandatory VIDEO CHAT.

Also their "automatic" bonuses don't work, and when you contact the customer service about the issue (an inconvenience on its own!), they come up with an excuse and refuse to add the bonus manually. This time it was because the "bonus had expired", even though I made my deposit well within the time frame, contacted the customer support about the issue right away, and the bonus expired when I was waiting for their reply.

Customer service very frustrating, as they don't seem to speak good English, or for some other reason they keep saying the same irrelevant things over and over again, like they don't understand my messages or questions.

Will be closing down my account, and can't recommend this casino to anyone. Their sister casino is Boo, and it's the same crap in a different package.

Fake website they give bonus and when we play and win big they said you need to complete wegering and after completing wegering when i withdraw they said you use bonus to win and void my winnings. Please do not play at this site. This is fake website.

I made a deposit of $70.00 with 50 free spins and 50% bonus. Wagered as required and made it to $1300.00 and requested withdrawal. Notified 3 days later verification required. Ok. Sent that via my profile as requested to do. 12 days later receive email stating my withdrawal was cancelled and my winnings void. They state and I quote "As the bonus credited to your account had a max-winning condition, we have removed additional winnings from your account and are processing a new withdrawal for the maximum allowed amount'". They are trying to claim my max win on free spins ($100.00) not the bonus winnings ($1000.00) and have allowed me to withdrawal $100.00. My deposit was $70.00 allowing me to win $30.00. Tried online chat, no luck there. Asked over 10 days if my account was even verified. Chat said it was and then next day wasn't/ Online chat today asking again if verified and they stated no docs uploaded. Sigh..I said I will upload right now and live chat said he would wait. Uploaded TWICE to his support email address and he stated no attachments went through. I sent him screenshot of my email proving attachments were sent and then he stated "I can see that but your attachments have not uploaded correctly". I finally uploaded my personal info and bank details AGAIN and he said he now has them. I asked him to escalate my concerns and he said he has. Being that it took nearly 2 weeks from the verification team to respond to my first request I have little hope in getting my winnings. I might ad that I have played with on site for many months and now I come to collect I get screwed.
Edit: As I heard nothing from their "support" I went on chat asking if they could give me details of my deposit of $70.00. They confirmed it was for a %50 bonus and 50 free spins. I asked why didn't they honor the bonus as I had wagered their required amount of $5040.00. This guy says you can only claim the free spins, not both. I asked why the hell would anyone wager $5040 to only win $100.? He said it was my choice and my free will???? What the hell does that even mean? Absolutely the worst site ever. I closed my account. I deposited $10 the promotion was $50 credit plus 50 free spins. Didn’t get it. Tried to contact them via chat and email no response for over an hour so in this time I did not spend the $10. One of the worst casino experiences so far. It all started with 100FS. I deposited 10€ and won over 100€, I had to wager that many hours to be able to withdraw. Then I had to ask if they need documents, otherwise, I'm sure that my winnings would just be there in pending status. After sending my documents, customer service promised that they will process the documents in 24h (their site promise it in 48h). Well, I started to ask, what is the status of the documents and withdrawal? It took over 100hrs to check my documents and I still haven't got any confirmation about that. The only option to withdraw is bank wire, and they say that it takes 3-5 days to process...yeah right! Site terms and conditions say that it would be irresponsible to hold withdraw money for more than 3 days, so it kind of tells me now that their operations are irresponsible and they have very questionable values. The last time I chatted with customer service, they didn't give me any days, they just said meaningless and confusing things, like "you get your many in coming days", well I said to them that if I still live 30yrs I have more than 10k days still left, so is it next year then or later? There was no answer. I asked politely if he/she can be more specific that how long I still have to wait because now it's been already almost a week and nothing has happened. He closed the chat and our conversation, kind of hung up. Yeah, still waiting...maybe forever. I they have such resource problems, why they don't just hire more people or close the registration for a while? There are much better casinos today. Finnish translations are also horrible. Please avoid this casino, so your money will be safe! UPDATE 12.2 - It's even worse I thought, they made up come own conditions that do not appear in any text, and they just canceled all my winnings!! This took 1 week to answer. This is a pure scam!!

Guys, it is literally a scam! Be Aware! They give you a bonus then they prevent any winning withdrawal in every possible way! In the first place, they require to wager all the money and never show you how much money is left, but the fun part is that you are not allowed to place a bet of more than 10% of your bonus. Let's say your bonus is 7$ if you bet more than 0.7$ they will remove all your winning amount. So, in my case, I win the 211 $ jackpot, but with a bet 1.8$. So, they referred to that point and removed all money from my account. Also, they don't allow you to withdraw money with the same payment method that you deposit. Their Terms And Conditions are the worst ones on the internet. This is the response where they told me that they have stolen all my winning amount.

They sent me a message that a bonus will be given to me. When I deposited, I was not given any bonus. When I tried to communicate with them, they did not answer my calls or my conversations. It is a very, very bad casino.
