I have emailed…but no response
I have emailed Gambia Fashion Several times with no response. I want to order a jumper for my wife the Andean Round Neck Alpaca Sweater in green large. My experience of ordering from companies in the USA has been poor. My question remains unanswered which was how long will it take from time to order to delivery in England? Also if the sweater does not fit what is the return policy. If I get a answer then I might order it

I ordered a number of items from Gamboa and they are all of good quality but they all arrived separately. I did order a men's sweater and it did not arrive in the color that I ordered.

They did right by me…
I have been a customer for over 20 years with Panama Hat which is now GamboaFashion. I’ve have bought over 15 hats. They were all excellent until this last one. The straw Fedora I purchased was sprayed black and not evenly. Gamboa though corrected the problem and gave me a refund…thanks Gabriela for understanding…

Scattered shipping
I have purchased from Gamboa a few times and always enjoyed the experience. I find it fascinating that I get items shipped from all over the country. I recently ordered about 20 items. Yesterday I received a single hat band from that order shipped from Missouri. The other stuff came from all over the states. No problem, just fascinating. I have not had a problem with Gamboa and I love Alpaca clothing.

Wrong custom declaration
Wrong custom declaration. My hats are still hanging in the swiss custom.
I got it from the customs with a delay but because of this "wrong declaration one Hat for USD 20.00" but the content was 3 hats for about USD 204.95. I got a penalty and expenses form the Custom Audit, a submission commission fee and other taxes for about USD 62.50
I hope Gamboa will reimburse me for the additional costs. Send the a mail 2023.11.17

Un sombrero no se ajusta a la talla y gastos desmesurados
Un sombrero se ajusta a la talla. En el otro a talla no se corresponde con la de la etiqueta. Sombrero 62 y en la etiqueta marca 58. La empresa de transporte UPS cobra unos gastos muy elevados por su gestión en la aduana que ha incrementado en un 70% el precio pagado por dos sombreros.
