This was my first time using games sold separately. I ordered a game from them about a week ago and it hasn't even shipped. I wanted it to take on the plane with me as it's a long flight. My usual supplier sends games next day. They didn't have it in stock though so I gave games sold separately a try. I won't be using them ever again.

Update: I had to chase them down via email. They told me they didn't have the item and have to order them in, so they sell items they don't have and leave you hanging, and that it should be with them this Friday and they would send it to me then. So that's about a 2 week wait all in all. I asked for a refund and they cancelled my order but no refund had been given yet.

Update. They told me my refund would take 1 to 2 days. 5 days on I still haven't received my refund.

Cheapest price online for Final Fantasy XVI in the UK. It was sent using the tracked 24 hour Royal Mail service. It arrived a day after release, but that may have been a Royal Mail issue.

This is such an awesome game don’t even think about not buying it get it I’ve had an amazing time playing this game the graphics the characters the combat are all out of this world a game of the year contender for sure

Item arrived perfectly fine and was dispatched the day before release! Arrived a day late but that's the Royal Mail's fault presumably. The seller was also very helpful over email, would shop here again!

Price was very good. Annoyingly, arrived after release date, even with a pre order weeks in advance. This was frustrating as some of my friends ordered days before release elsewhere and it arrived on release day.
