Altijd de allerbeste deals !! En mocht jou gekochte code om wat voor reden dan ook niet werken , wat maar zeer zelden gebeurt in mijn geval , krijg je snelle service en wordt dit netjes afgehandeld!!
De klacht die ik bij veel mensen zie over sluip abonnement is onzin, als je gewoon goed kijkt zie je dat je het vakje van cpp gewoon kunt uitchecken, naar beneden kunt scrollen en basic kan selecteren.
Dat mensen niet kunnen lezen is niet de fout van gamivo.com

Bijna alleen nog maar goede ervaringen…
Bijna alleen nog maar goede ervaringen mee gehad. Stuk goedkoper dan op steam/Microsoft store/psn. Hier en daar een keer een duplicate code maar als je screenshots van je gekochte games en bewijs dat het een duplicate is dan krijg je altijd je geld terug tenminste dat is mij tot nu toe altijd gebeurd. Aanrader als je toch je games digitaal wil en geen disk hoeft.

Niks ontvangen
Spel gekocht, maar PayPal email was anders dan ingeschreven email. Beide bevestigd maar ontving niks. Customer service ticket gemaakt, die zeggen ga naar je account en verwijzen je naar de daar verstrekte informatie. Echter kan ik dit nergens vinden en zie dat mijn order al gecanceld is. Bedrag is wel van mijn rekening af..refund aangevraagd nu afwachten of ik die terug krijg.
Edit: aanvullende info verstuurd en ticket aangevuld. Jammer dat het proces zoveel stappen kent..hopelijk gauw geld terug.

False Advertising
COH 3 gekocht, zou 35 euro zijn, tegen de tijd dat je uit checked 6 euro bij gekomen. Dus dan is het verschil ineens niet meer zo groot ten opzichte van een Steam Store aankoop. Maarja dat zal hun verdien model wel zijn. Adverteren met een prijs die het uiteindelijk nooit is, is natuurlijk een vorm van oplichting, hoe je het ook bekijkt.
De key werkt tot nu toe wel, dus daar niks over te klagen.

Het maakt niet uit welke "fee's" er bij komen. Dat is jullie probleem. Als je een korting zoekt en je vind die, voel je je gewoon bedonderd als het blijkt dat de korting toch niet zo goed is als dat er geadverteerd is. Dat is adverteerders bedrog, punt.
Als ik bij Steam een game koop voor de prijs die ze me aanbieden, komen daar ook geen kosten bij.

Het maakt niet uit hoe je die de extra fee's verantwoord. Het is gewoon NIET de prijs waar mee geadverteerd word. En het feit dat ik moet betalen voor "bescherming" is al helemaal verdacht. Ook daarvan lijkt het me logisch dat die verantwoordelijkheid bij de verkoper ligt en niet de consument.

Nice standard response from Gamivo. It is not visible on the invoice that you also purchase a subscription in addition to the product. This was also not made known when choosing the lowest price. It's just a dirty salesmanship. Just fraudulent.

Op slinkse wijze zit je vast aan een "SMART" abonnement. Dit wordt niet duidelijk aangegeven bij aanschaf. Daarnaast wordt op slinkse wijze het opzeggen van het abonnement bemoeilijkt doordat de links/buttons waar je op moet klikken nagenoeg dezelfde kleur hebben als de achtergrond van de website. Daarnaast geen een keer een bevestiging vragen voor aanschaf van het abonnement, maar bij opzeggen wel drie vragen of je toch niet wil opzeggen. Erg misleidende website en voldoet zeker niet aan Europese wetgeving. Pure trucage.

ALLAVSOFT VIDEO DOWNLOADER AND CONVERTER LIFETIME EN GLOBAL aangekocht, kreeg een werkende serialnummer maar het programma werkte niet.
Contact genomen met allavsoft en ze hadden een update maar ik kon die niet krijgen omdat het geen serialnr was die bij hun was aangekocht...
Na eindeloze vragen en nietsbeduidende antwoorden van gamivo nog steeds geen refund gekregen...
Als ze al moeilijk doen over 3 euro kan je best geen dure aankopen doen bij gamivo
ps weekje later werd mijn 3 euro teruggestort !
