My order arrived in a week time. All plants were healthy and very well packed. Happy with my order, will definitely recommend them.

Size of the products (plants) in the picture doesnt match with the items delivered

Well packed certainly, but the plants in the package were far from well. They had hardly any leaves left, and one of the saplings was microscopic. Time only shows will they survive. Two stars only because they were not dead!

I am very happy with the plants which arrived promptly and in excellent condition.
I would have appreciated an indication of time to prepare my order for dispatch at the time of payment.
Overall very satisfied thank you.

I ordered four different plants, but only three types of plants arrived, so I informed the customer service team of the missing plants notification. It took a long time for them to follow up, and finally, after three weeks, asking me for clarification and photos; of course, I must have already done the planting into my garden since it is already late March planting. I am not satisfied with the service level and the speed of reply.

Half of the Phlox Subulata six pack arrived already dead/half dead. Contacted customer service, never got reply. Two stars for fast and we'll packed delivery.

These plants took two weeks to arrive—-I’m inSpain and we had a long weekend—- but the plants were in fabulous condition!!! I have purchased plants and bulbs from gardencentrekoeman before and never been disappointed!!!

I have purchased from numerous online sources in both Uk and Continental Europe and my Siberian Irisis arrived promptly and better packed than anyone else could manage. Not the cheapest but I was very happy with plants, packaging and promptness. I will certainly check them out when next gardening project starts!

Ordered some Japanese Anemone and received 6 empty pots. I queried with Garden Centre Koeman and was assured that the plants would appear during Spring. 3 months later and nothing has appeared in my pots except some weeds. £17 for 6 pots of weed. Now they ignore my emails asking for a refund. This company is to be avoided. I will contest the payment with my card provider.

Order placed back in March. No items received. No reply when trying to contact gardencentrekoeman.

Ordered three packs of three phlox plants. When they arrived I found without exception they were all dried up pieces of root with a single dried up piece of stem and no sign of life. Hopefully I have stuck them all in pots with moist compost. But I am not really expecting them to grow as they couldn't have appeared more dead. I have purchased bare rooted phlox plants from other nurseries and they couldn't have been more different as at least they all looked alive when they arrived.

Paid for some Musa plant. Despite contacting them received no update.
The site gives no tracking facility.
Must be the first time I've never even received a product, even good or bad

I bought tubers all looked good most with a few buds. Cannot give a full review until they grow but arrived well packed looking in good condition

Plants arrived in great condition and I am very very pleased with both product and service.

Reason given for cancelling:

"Unfortunately we have to inform you that we are forced to cancel your order.
Due to the Brexit, there are such delays at customs that it has become impossible for us to deliver fresh articles to you.
Because of the new regulations, the costs for exporting have become too high, so it is no longer interesting for us to ship to England. Therefore, we have cancelled your order and refunded the purchase"

The plants we received was healthy but dry the budlia is just a stick but hopefully we will start to see it with buds on maybe it was a bit late to order one but will definitely order from the same company again
