Absolutely loved my garden hose and other items. Such good quality. Really happy .

I bought a garden table at a cost of £62 paying extra for next day delivery.
Item arrived next day, no issue there.
Opened up the item, table leg bent and a scratch the width of the leg.
Contacted Garden trading same day via their online contact form. Now 6 days without a response. Very poor customer service

This is a bad company to deal with when things go wrong. Despite 70% 5* reviews from presumably good stock and service, 30% poor reviews is quite high? It suggests a lot of their products were sub standard and they have no intention of making good. They took 8 days to respond. They do not refund or replace. Any excuse. Ours was a water butt on legs. The legs buckled when the butt was full! The excuse was that the ground wasn’t level. The ground was level enough for previous butts. We went for style which was clearly a mistake, DO NOT DEAL with this company!!!

I bought it for my new house moving in today. The builder liked my choice so much he has bought one for the other 3 houses on his development! Then he reimbursed me for mine!

Beautiful looking bench but sadly it didn’t fit together well as some of the parts are visibly bent. Packaging not damaged but contents were. Managed to assemble of sorts with difficultly, partly due to holes not aligned. It’s a lovely aesthetically pleasing design and very stylish, however, I’d love to recommend but unfortunately cannot. Very disappointed.

We are very pleased with our new Richmond bench, it’s ideal and looks great on the paved area at the front of our house. Both comfortable and sturdy ! Delivery and service was good though I had to ask twice for a missing end stop on one of the seat slats which was sent promptly on my second request. Staff were polite and friendly.

Unfortunately the clothes dryer I bought did not function and is poor quality. I had to return it but could not speak to anyone. I spent £16 on postage in total as I had to pay for the delivery and then £10 to return a faulty item which I think is not acceptable.

Products are good. I paid a high delivery charge and waited 5 to 6 days for delivery. This was frustrating and considering I live 1.5 miles from your warehouse could have been avoided by allowing me to collect. Why is there no facility to pay online and collect in person?

I sent a ceramic pot to a dear friend for a special birthday. It was delivered to her address but when she opened it it was severely broken.

Good service however printing on sign not level!

I have written 4 times to tell you the mirror arrived broken. The box was broken in 3 places and the mirror was shattered inside.
I included photos.
I have asked for a refund which would be great if you could action.

I’ve been waiting for weeks for my order and it says it has been delivered on your website however I have not received it. I have tried to email you and ask you where it is and I have not heard back. Please could someone urgently contact me and let me know where my order is as it’s overdue.

I ordered a large table which was delivered and required us to put it together. We were not able to do this as the fixings supplied were incomplete. I called to report this the same day and was told I could not request more by phone but would have to fill in the online form. 5 days later I have had no response from customer services. This shows complete lack of care. For days we were left with a large piece of furniture we could not assemble taking up space and unusable. We have now had to take time, money and travel to source our own alternative fixings as I have given up on a timely response. I’m disappointed by the error and lack of response. Based on this experience I could not recommend Garden Trading.
