We ordered an Obelisk that arrived damaged.
All the staff that I spoke to at Garden Trading were more than helpful, and were always polite.
DPD were a bit slow collecting it for return, but this was eventually sorted out.
We’ve had our refund for which we are greatful.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They send lights that don’t fit to the wall and then they say they are on the wall so it’s fine and won’t accept a return. Such a waste of money and the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time.

I ordered an item that was due for delivery last Saturday via Parcelforce. A driver turned up, parked on my drive & went to rummage in his van for 5+ minutes. By this time, I’d gone out to see what was going on. He got back in his van, yelled “lost” at me and drove off. I contacted Garden Trading to say there appeared to be a problem, but I still haven’t heard back. On Monday another Parcelforce van turned up and dumped a parcel here. The parcel looked like it had been run over and the box taped up again badly. I took photos before, during & after I unwrapped the wreckage that was left in the box. Again, I tried to contact Garden Trading to ask for a replacement. Nothing. Zero. Nada. Total silence. And now they’ve just removed their phone number from their website. Absolutely disgusting. Once they have your money, it appears they no longer bother about retaining customers. This way lies a company in administration.

Very happy with the water butt, the second I have now ordered. Exactly as expected, arrived quickly, and already installed ready for Autumn rain.

I am still awaiting a response to an enquiry form I submitted a week ago. One of the items in my order was smashed when I opened the main package. I have not opened the individual box it arrived in as I do not wish to be injured. The other 5 items I ordered are intact, meaning essentially 1 out of 6 items is smashed. I reported this a week ago and have still not received any advice.

I received an order than was damaged on receipt. I alerted the customer service team immediately and received an automated reply advising they were very busy at the moment, this was over a week ago now and I have had no further update and have had a large piece of furniture blocking my hallway during this time whilst I await information regarding its return or replacement. Very disappointed with not only the quality of product received but also the customer service.

Gorgeous arch, this is our second one purchased. The arch ages beautifully as it weathers giving it that perfect look we were looking for.

My Order never arrived.

No one has responded to my calls or emails.

I’ve had no refund.

Great product and efficient delivery

I have used garden trading before however this time I would have liked to return the items. They were far heavier than expected and not as attractive as the photos. I paid for delivery which was slow and then they wish me to pay for the items to be returned. So instead I’m going to give them away.

Lovely free metal standing water butt. It has a grid to stop anything falling in and there's a hole at the top to connect to a downpipe. It was pricey and I assumed it would come with an optional connector kit but it doesn't. For that reason, only four stars. Plus it's more kharki than light green.

It's a beautiful doggy bed but after laundering the cover it's impossible to zip it back up round the corners. Fortunately the opening cannot be seen once back inside the basket as it's at the bottom.

Damaged product sent, chasing customer service for resolution . Nearly two weeks since placing the order which cost 69 pounds to deliver and I still stuck with damaged chairs waiting to be collected . No replacement left in stock , no collection date given and no refund. All in all a poor service .
