Items damaged on receipt, weren’t damaged in transit. Obviously damaged before they were packed. Now going through the process of returning them.
No quality control! Very frustrating

Your delivery partners Broadgate are dreadful. Say they will deliver via texts and then give excuses why they are not delivering after we stayed in all day. If we buy from Garden trading again, we would wish to ask for assurances that you have changed your delivery partners

I ordered some small vases to decorate our bathroom. There was a good range to choose from. These were well described, just the right size, with an interesting texture. They arrived promptly in perfect condition, and look great!

1 item was cracked and I raised an issue online as a damaged item, apart from an immediate generic reply 5 days later I am still waiting to receive my reply and a resolution!

Goods that arrived in one box were excellent but the other box containing 2 dog beds never arrived. Despite emailing and speaking to 2 different girls in customer service, I still haven’t received my pet beds (that I’ve paid for) nor any correspondence to advise on progress to sort things out. The expo has fallen short of their usual standard!

My order arrived and 2 of the items were delivered smashed. I telephoned customer services straight away. I was asked to take a photograph of the smashed items and email to them. I had replacement items delivered the following day.

The quality of the goods looks fabulous and from order to delivery was speedy however, I have asked a simple question relating to the cleaning and preservation of my goods and I am still waiting a response. For this reason I have been unable to use the goods so the quality of the goods has yet to be tested .

The website caused confusion between delivery address and the address of registration for the credit card with the result that the delivery went to the wrong address. It would help if the delivery confirmation could stress the address in the text, so that the recipient could be forewarned of such an occurrence. However the timing of the delivery was good. The products as ever were good quality and well packaged.
