We ordered a mirror from Garden Trading, upon opening the box the brackets were completely warped/broken, therefore the mirror could not be fitted to the wall and was not usable. The design of the mirror meant fitting to the wall is the only option- it could not be used in any other way. I assume there is no quality check/control as this
Must have happened before transit… the damage is too severe to have happened inside the box/during delivery.

Great customer service. We were disappointed with our damaged purchase and thought it was going to be very difficult to get this sorted. We emailed them and 2 days later had a full refund.

An item I wanted hadn’t been in stock previously, so I decided to give Garden Trading another chance, despite having had a poor experience with my last order.

Unfortunately, I wish I hadn’t.

The pots I ordered weren’t packaged adequately, so one arrived chipped and cracked, while another was smashed to pieces. It’s difficult to understand how large ceramic pots can be sent with so little protection.

I contacted Garden Trading four days ago to report the damage and request an exchange, but I’ve still received no response.

The poor packaging and lack of customer service have left me feeling that I’ve wasted both my time and my money.

I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering from them again.

I wanted to write about the exceptional customer service I received from Garden Trading. In a day and age where it is virtually impossible to speak to an actual human when you have an issue, it was therefore incredibly welcome that this is what happens at Garden Trading!! I had an issue with a Bistro Set that I had purchased from Garden Trading and dealing with their customer service department was a very pleasant experience. Caroline was exceptional in the service she provided and I was completely blown away by the professionalism, speed and care I was given. Well done! As I said to Caroline, "if only all companies could operate like this, life would be so much happier and easier"! Needless to say, my situation was resolved and I am one very happy customer. Thank you.

I ordered about a dozen items in the sale. All arrived promptly,were of good quality and were well packed. I have bought items from GT before and recommend the company. The delivery company they use sometimes fails to follow instructions but so far items have always arrived.
