In the on-line ordering world, the hardest choice for a consumer is the selecting of small items. I mean really small. Placed and order showed in stock then…
Placed and order showed in stock then receive email late in day that item was backordered and would be a few extra days for an overnight order. A few days go by get an email stating they priced the item wrong and increased it almost 1000.00 dollars and was cancelling my order. No apologies just we screwed up so we are going to cancel your order still awaiting the refund of the original purchase amount.

Worst warranty service
Worst warranty service. Liftmaster says they send parts and return lables within 2-3 days and this company says pay for the parts, pay for all returns and we will credit you in 1-2 months after we get everything back. Total scam!!!! They will take 1-2 months unless you pay for your warrantied parts first. Client is disputing purchase with AMEX. Diffective out of box, crappy warranty and lift master doesnt care! Best to go through a local dealer you can physically visit.

Nothing is "in stock" and they do not answer their phone
The items they claim are in stock are not. If you call them, you are put on hold. Even after several hours (ask me how I know), nobody will pick up. Once I starting looking at their reviews, this is standard. And they now will not take AMEX, probably because they will make you wait for weeks or months to get a refund. Just find another good online supplier that will be honest.
