Gay Pride Shop Reviews

Easy ordering process and collection in store. I had an excellent chit-chat with the storekeeper also, who was very helpful! Thanks :)

Do not order online!
Will never use again. Product never arrived and I would understand if they actually helped/responded to ANYTHING but the customer service department is nonexistent. You get no response despite multiple emails and an IG DM. If you can buy the stuff from elsewhere and donate to charity, I’d do this!

Easy to navigate web page. Reasonable prices. Quick delivery.

My Pride iphone cover was delivered in good time and was exactly what I wanted.

From the first to last click, the ordering and payment was simple. I will definitely be re ordering.

Fast delivery. Bit smaller than I thought

Got a queer tarot deck and received it very promptly! Thank you for carrying this great deck and making products like this available!

I placed a order 8 days ago and payed extra for 2-3 day shipping as I ordered for an event , I was aware that it was a bank holiday but still expected to receive my item as I placed it with enough time. I had no update on the Royal Mail tracking app and emailed them twice asking where my parcel is and if there was an update. They never replied. I then direct messaged them on Instagram and shock, never got a reply on there. I never received my items after multiple times chasing them, I had to report it to my bank as clearly they don’t care about customer service. As ‘one of the biggest queer shops’ they’re actually abit of a disappointment to the community

Super quality products at a great price. My son loves his socks and me the pin badge. I ordered the wrong size, emailed and got a fast response that the order had been updated as my request. Delivered quickly. Thank you x

Ordered a book well in advance of its publication date. Delighted when it arrived carefully packaged immediately after its release. Excellent reliable service. Thank you!

Book arrived on time and in excellent condition, thank you very much!

Last March, I pre-ordered the above mentioned book online, destined for Italy.
On the day of publication, I immediately received confirmation of direct shipping to Italy.
I was constantly updated on the delivery status by the Gay Pride Shop. A fantastic bookshop, super efficient even for those who live outside the UK.

The ordered book has been safely delivered. Disappointed that Gay Pride didn’t reply to my emails, otherwise a good service.
PS previous orders have been dealt with very efficiently.

Really quick delivery and great products. I ordered a set of Rainbow Progress flags for our small LGBT+ social group. they were delivered with a few days, well packaged and look great. Thank you!

Fast delivery arrived quicker than I though it would packed very well so happy with my gift

The book arrived on the day of publication but the packaging was a bit poor and one end of the box was wet. The book was luckily fine inside, though the cover was slightly bent at the top of the front.

Fantastic service. Easy to order the product. Checkout was nice and simple too not over complicated. Product came as described and in excellent condition. Packaging safe and secure and delivered on time as advised.

The website is well designed and easy to use; there's a lot of choice but's it's presented in a way that's not overwhelming. My order was well packed and arrived in good time, and it's excellent quality. I really liked how clear the site was about which charities are supported.

Fast and efficient, love The Last Supper lunch bag !
