When I first place the order for one small Army jacket and discovered that they have place the order incorrect and instead of having a debt of $70+, I had a bill of over $500, my first thought was "It is a scamp," and immediately called my credit company to cancel my credit card. I contacted your company (by email) and a lady named Amber responded and ever since then, I have been communicating with her. She has helped throughout the whole situation, and I could not have communicated with a more professional and helpful individual. She is the epitome of what customer service is all about. She always took the extra steps to ensure that my order was corrected, and a refund was sent to my bank account. Gearvet should be proud to have an individual like Amber within his ranks.

I order the wrong size by mistake. They were very accommodating in resolving the issue at a fair minimal charge.
The jacket I purchased is of great quality and I have gotten numerous positive comments while wearing it.

Gearvets sounds like a trustworthy US company doesn’t it. After placing my order I went to tracking and found my order was being shipped from overseas. Sadly I can’t gift a service man a foreign made US Army jacket. U.S. veterans deserve US made products . Won’t be ordering from them again.

I i’m gonna give you guys a five star that’s great I received the small jacket which wasn’t there fault they told me to keep the small jacket and they send me a large one with a small return fee they go out of their way to correct things. Great day!

I did my research as always before purchasing n love this company’s products. A large variety to choose from. Customer service is very good about getting back with you on any concerns n questions you may have. Hubs is getting several comments on his clothing/cap I purchased n ppl wanting to know where to get theirs.

I ordered a phone case for my veteran husband on 11/16 and just last night, 11/24, I realized I had made a mistake on the information I included for the personalization. I immediately sent an email to the company explaining the issue. I know how long it takes for companies to get back to you-much less solve problems. Within minutes I had an email stating they had received my email and included the ticket number. Wow! Then maybe an hour later, Lisa responded with understanding and stated the order has been shipped but she could make the correction and send me another case for a 9.00 replacement fee. She was very kind and professional throughout our conversations. Responding to me within minutes. I am absolutely amazed at how they handled MY mistake and in such a quick time frame. Honestly the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you again, Lisa!!

I ordered 2 separate military hoodie& to my fault I ordered the Army in a wrong size...Mia is working with me to correct this issue...As far as the hoodie itself exactly as described...Ordered them for Christmas gifts & w/o a doubt both will be happy.

They quickly responded and created my size issues and replaced the product no questions ask..👍🏾

I placed two separate orders hoping to receive them by Veterans day . My first hat arrived and was exactly like the picture the second one had issues with the embroidery. I sent an email explaining my disappointment figuring I was out of luck.But I got an almost immediate response telling me a replacement hat was on its way. The new one is perfect. Thank you to Mia and the team at gearvet . I will give them my business again.

I have never felt with a more corrupt company. They had no problem whatsoever taking my money!!!! I have sent over a dozen emails asking about my purchase. They are all returned by a standard reply from "Mia".
I receive updates every other day showing me my order is shipped. I live in Salt Laker City and my last three updates where in this order. Your order has arrived to the shipping center in Denver Colorado, next was in Seattle Washington and the most recent in Anchorage Alaska. WTH?!?!?!?

What a way to treat a veteran!!!

I ordered 2 USMC T-shirts and 1 USMC hoodie. I was really impressed with the designs of all of them. I really like the colors and how you have the EGA and USA flag on the sleeves. The material is very soft and comfortable. I look forward to ordering more items for my relatives who are Vets.
