waste of $

got the $70 crate, paid 30 shipping, finally received, and it was barely worth the items inside, could of got more elsewhere. Terrible value for money. Worst purchase. I thought there would at least be a pop inside but no.

I ordered a crate and understanding it was close to Christmas on Dec 4th thinking I’d get it in time for the holidays. Dec 31 is when I am writing this and my tracking has my package still in a different state. This company is nothing but a drop ship company. If you have any issues or lateness of package or if it doesn’t show up at all this company does nothing about it. Another reason why our world is eroding away. All about the dollar never about service to continue to get those dollars.

Complete waste of money. Filled with singular lego characters and key rings. Box didnt contain half as much as what is stated on the website. Contents valued under £30 for a box that costs over £70. If you try to contact them they are ao rude or either ignore your email. They also if you ask for a refund state they will take over 25% of your money and wont refund a full amount

I purchased the Thor “premium” crate as a Christmas gift and was disappointed with the overall experience.

The order arrived in two separate deliveries on different dates, despite being placed as a single order. The first crate arrived without any gift-style presentation, and the packaging did not match what was shown in some of the product imagery. This significantly impacted the unboxing experience, particularly as it was intended as a Christmas gift.

While the contents may technically align with the description, they did not feel premium or reflective of the price paid. I raised these concerns promptly with customer service, however the responses were dismissive in tone and did not acknowledge the presentation, timing, or suitability concerns raised. The only resolution offered was to return the item for a refund or accept store credit, which was not practical given the circumstances.

Overall, the product did not meet expectations for a premium gift, and the customer service response further added to the disappointment.

I ordered 1 crate and it never arrived due the costs at the airport they send it back. I never received a refund for it. I contacted them multiple times, no reply. Thiefs, they stole my money!!!

I ordered 2 x boxes thinking I would get it on subscription for each of my children.
Boxes were identical.
Reached out to Geek Crate, not bothered and they didn’t even try to help resolve this for me.

I bought the one off pokemon box which cost £42 without postage. I bought it for my Pokemon mad boyfriend. We were very disappointed with what came. We got a loose card that was bent so worthless. 2 small booster packs that had 3 cards in each rather than the 10 you'd usually receive. Some very bent artwork and stickers. The only things we liked were the mug, socks and deck case. Apart from that very poor and definitely not worth the money. Will not be buying the monthly subscription. You're better off going on amazon and making yourself a little bundle for the money.

Just received my "premium" package that should be worth £42.

There is probably less than £15 worth of value in this crate. The quality of the products is abysmal. Posts they added came damaged.

I've taken a video of the opening and will be submitting to my bank to get a refund.

Absolutely disgusting for the prices you are charging.

Ordered when it was on sale "40% off and 2 free items " recieved 7 itema cheap unbranded tat (AI art on bent printer paper, loose socks, loose card, a trick or trade pack and korean pack, a mug, small case with no label for some unknown item, a pencil and a tote bag with loose threads. None of this was official pokemon and all would be easily obtained at temu or aliexpress for less than a few £ absolutely dissatisfied and wouldnt recommend even on sale!

Products are always high quality and well varied. Boxes are always full and a genuine joy to go through.
The only negative is they can be slow to ship, sometimes missing the targeted date or sending tracking information well before actually dispatching items. Granted this doesn’t happen often, but when it does it can be frustrating.

Always had great experiences with their customer service.

Pretty decent but if you order multiple boxes for you and someone else be prepared they'll be the exact same

I’ve tried to cancel my subscription and they sent me an email saying yes all canceled next month they take money not impressed the things that they send you aren’t even that good

I absolutely love geekcrate. I used to spend a lot more on the American ones but the fact this is in the UK is awesome. I always look forward to when my crate drops and all the items inside are generally really cool. I was going to just trial it but as soon as I seen what’s inside, I just couldn’t wait for the next one.

I've subscribed to their Geek Crate monthly mystery box and I really enjoy the items. I live in Italy and usually I receive the package within 10-15 days of shipment.

Ordered a premium box and received knock off products, stickers, printed paper and one genuine product worth £1.50. Not worth the £39 i spent...
Emailed for a refund now awaiting to see after I send it back to what they do.
Hopefully full £37 before shipping to get back. Minus the cost to me of sending it back. There customer service has so far been poor and they dont seem to have good reviews. Went off there adverts and thought it looked really good till the box came damaged and saw the inside products and was disappointed. Wish I checked trust pilot first

Complete waste of money, bought pokemon premium box for my son. Total cost of items would be under a tenner. Should be 10 items, 2 of which are paper printouts off the Internet, 3 small stickers, a keychain, 2 booster packs which may have been opened, no toy or figure of any kind, just junk that can't be sold individually anywhere else. I ordered on a sub for him for every 2 months and I would have continued if anything was decent, cancelled immediately. Don't waste your money.

Absolute waste of money. Paid 35 quid for a box, including delivery, to receive an unofficial mug, 6 stickers, 2 poor quality keyrings, 2 packs of fun size pokemon boosters, which suspiciously looked like it had been opened and resealed.

You literally get better gifts, free when buying the pokemon magazine in shops.

Total value of items in box ' < £15 .
Oh and there was 2 AI generated prints . With what looks like pikachu as a blob with just cheeks

Not only was it delayed because they were waiting for stock but my premium subscription that I paid over £30 for was a bunch of stuff from temu that probably cost them £3 total.

I'm all for them making a profit but that's a joke
