My son bought me a crate for mothers day unfortunately the box turned up really damaged with a couple of the items broken inside, there was hardly any protective packaging inside to protect the items and box was really thin, also the contents inside was very underwhelming nothing like they show on photos and videos of them packing the box, such a shame as my son and myself were really looking forward opening the surprise crate, definitely wouldn't purchase again or recommend
My son has emailed them still waiting on a reply.......

The crate came with broken items, very cheap items, not worth the money I paid.

Ordered the Anime version of the Crate on 27th November as a Xmas present. Realising a few weeks later that it hadn't arrived we checked the tracking to discover it had been shipped and returned to sender without us being informed. We contacted CS. They apologised and resent the crate. Even though they ship worldwide for some unknown reason they don't include VAT when you pay so we got hit for an extra 15 euro customs and admin charge (23% VAT for Ireland and €5.95 admin fee) on our end which delayed the delivery of the resent package. It didn't arrive until after Christmas.

So what did we get for all our hassle? The contents of this so called 'Anime Box' were utter trash. A funko pop. A pack of Yugi-oh cards Asian language. Universes cards (?). A pez dispenser and a pokemon cloth bag for some reason. Some small brick building things of unknown origin. Two tiny posters that looked like they were printed from an inkjet printer, not glossy or anything and some tiny stickers.

You seriously couldn't make up how bad this box was for the expense and trouble it caused to get it. Instantly cancelled our subscription and will avoid like the plague.

Just got my first box as a Christmas gift for my son. Very underwhelmed with the contents. I planned to subscribe for a few months for him, but if the next box is the same I will be cancelling.

Ordered a sub box for the first time, was meant to receive a mystery gift in addition although wasn’t clear what was part of the box and what was in addition, received a Funko pop, a children’s satchel, both licensed merch, an eraser, a keyring in clear package with no logo and two pens, none were licensed and a fake Lego figure, I’m an abode Lego fan as well and knew instantly aside from the plastic package it came in didn’t mention Lego but the pieces themselves that I know would have the brand on had nothing, I was quite shocked this company would send out counterfeit merchandise as authentic when it’s selling point was licensed merchandise, half wasn’t and one was a clear counterfeit. I also don’t rate the prints, they’re sent on paper not even backed and what am I meant to do with them? Canceled the subscription immediately as I’m not paying for dodgy rip offs for £40 a month.

I love my boxes and the product. I’m like a kid waiting for my box to arrive once I get the shipped notification.

Don't waste your money ive ordered several things last 3 orders shocking took ages to deliver and shen they did arrive two orders of lightsabres meant to get 2 free in each order but both only had 1 free and as for the crates i ordered 1 of these £80 7-8 items 3 of which were stickers and very small posters You say to message if theres a problem with my order SC19806-2187 well ive messaged 15/20 times but still you dont reply my crate was absolutely rubbish 5-8 items depending on whether you class small stickers of no monetary value items but there was meant to be 10-15 plus 2 free items

Best company to buy Marvel stuff from dispatch on time delivered quickly and very good quality stuff

Pure scam... They do not send on time properly. Their website do not have any proper return mechanism only bunch of paragraphs... They even do not reply their emails... I will sue them...

I love Star Wars the the items they give you are good quality.

Boxes are sent consistently. Sometimes items are a bit hit and miss but overall happy with the items

I ordered the Ultra Star Wars Crate. It has been 13 days passed and they still didnt send it... They keep stalling...

Fast delivery from start to finish, Great items in every box, only had 1 set of duplicates and that was a keyring. Would definitely recommned to star wars fans. Can't wait for the next box

I’ve had one bad expensive but overall I’ve been happy with the purchases! You’ll probably occasionally receive an item that you’ve already gotten before it’s happen to me a couple of times!

I have received a few of the same items but for the most part they do send a variety of things. If they mess up an order they will actually fix it for you in a timely manner. I’ve ordered like 5 or 6 times from them. Will do it again for sure.

or as my daughter call it my star wars glossybox love getting this every couple of moths all the different little bits ranging from cups to figures potters Lego figures pencil cases keyrings its endless amazing and well worth the money for any star wars fanatic

The items I get ever month are great. There's always a chance to get duplicate items but in my experiance ive only had this happen once other than the little lego figure I get duplicates quite often.
