Excellent delivery, really clear guidance from the staff and information shared was fantastic.

Just received a Megan table from the recent Kickstarter. The table and accessories are as fantastic as you'd expect from a premium furniture specialist. What really set Geeknson apart was the people though. Great support, from visiting them last year to make sure the size and finish were right for us, through their update during the campaign, and especially today - delivery and assembly exactly as promised. Every point of contact has been friendly, fair, and gives on what we wanted, with no pressure or pushy upselling. They were a pleasure to deal with, and I'll definitely be going back for more accessories.

This is the first time ordering something like this rather than going to IKEA. Table looks really nice and feels solid and sturdy. I bought the table via a Kickstarter and took around 9 months from after the Kickstarter ended to receive the table. The delivery was good, they came slightly earlier than their estimated time.

Just delivered and assembled by Megan table. A beautiful piece of furniture and the 2 guys who delivered and assembled it were fabulous and really professional.

We ordered the Megan Table last year about the pledge manager and have been very happy with the advice and service from Geekenson ever since. The employees also made a real effort to send us the wood samples in time before the end of the pledge.

At the beginning of last week we received the table on time, exactly as announced in the email 2 weeks before, and we are really delighted with it.

We also booked the assembly service, although the assembly is quite simple, as only the 4 legs have to be screwed on and the base plate of the recess and the inlays have to be inserted. But we wanted to make sure that everything we had ordered was included and that the table was generally OK.

The two employees from the assembly service were super fast and assembled the table completely within 15 minutes. We also unpacked the accessories with the employees on site. Everything that was ordered was included and the table itself looks really great.

We also received a folder with the most important documents (information, guarantee, etc.)

And of course we have used the table a few times since then. It is really a lot of fun to play like this. The height of the table itself and the recess in the table are just right for us and playing on the inlays is also really fun. Everything is super easy to grip.

We are very grateful for the good advice and good service from Geekenson and we got the perfect table for us!

My wife and I backed the Gwen kickstarter and received it and a set of chairs in August last year (2024). The table is fantastic and beautiful and has found many more uses than just board gaming that we hadn't anticipated such as for crafts and Lego building. 😁 The chairs are also incredible, (We got cushioned ones) very comfortable when sitting for long periods and with excellent lumbar support!

At Christmas, I noticed a minor issue with one of the chairs and had to contact the support team. After an email explaining the issue, and a quick follow up a week later, they got back in touch and arranged a timeframe to have someone come out and have a look.

Paul and his colleague (sorry) were both very professional and friendly and remembered us from when they initially delivered and assembled the table the first time round. 😊 They quickly identified the issue, which was an incorrect screw had been used to hold the chair cushion in one corner that lead to it poking through and damaging the seat as well as potentially snagging on your clothes.

In no time at all, they had resolved the screw issue and replaced the slightly damaged cover with a brand-new one and reassured us that having them come out to check was the right decision. All of the above was completed before even finishing a cup of tea! After the tea and a friendly chat when the repair was completed, off they went.

We're both very grateful to their help, we were quite nervous about taking the plunge with the table in the first place, but we're really glad we did! Thanks a lot Geeknson!

I purchased a Bristol+ table almost 3 year ago. The table has been great from day one, and has not shown any signs of wear.

I did notice I was missing 3 small rings in one table leaf, for which I contacted after-sale support. They helped me immediately and were very kind to provide the missing rings.

tldr: great quality product and great customer service.

Ordered the Table Denis with custom measurements. Customer support is great. We recived regular updates about the state of production. Delivery team was very nice and realy fast. They assembled the table in 20 minutes. Product is of very high quality and is realy beautiful. So all was perfect.

Custom table was built to our own specifications and modifications with no quibbles. The team offered some feedback and alternative (and frankly better) solutions for our requirements and the final table looks great.

They arrived with the table in the time slot they had informed in the emails. I paid for assembly aswell, which was quick and efficient - think they left within 10 min :)

Quick, friendly and on time! In absolutely no time the team had carried the table to the second floor and assembled the table. The table (Megan Crown table) is beyond expectations. The quality of the wood, the craftmanship, it all lifts the room. Ten minutes after they left, first game is set up! We’re already talking getting other accessories. I was told to expect the Geeknson van between 9-15, and the doorbell rang at 9.01! Less than 20 minutes later, the guys had assembled the table and shown me how to remove and place the leaves.
The delivery guys were all smiles and super polite, and it was such a pleasure to talk to them.
Everything was there with no damages. It’s obvious, they’re proud of their craft.
Geeknson has my highest recommendations!

My tables & matching furniture arrived on the agreed time and the delivery was done by a friendly and helpful team. They assembled my tables nicely making sure everything was ok before they left.

The tables are very well designed and I'm also very happy with the matching furniture since they give the room a complete look.

Some accessories I ordered were missing but they were sent via courrier after a quick email.

Table arrived within the given timeslot and the delivery team were amazing. Everything came well packaged and the guys walked me through each of the packages, confirmed the invoice, let me know how best to go about the build, and checked I was happy with everything before heading off to their next delivery. Only a minor oversight in the instructions - a push rod was found amongst the toolset but the instructions don't cover it's installation. For anyone with the leaves who might be unsure, at one short end of the table you'll find a small hole on the inside rail - insert the pushrod, thread on the small handle, and you use this to push up and easily remove the end section of the table leaves when getting ready to game.

Excellent service by their delivery team. They arrived on time and treated all the packages with the utmost care. They even managed to take the heaviest item upstairs which was very much appreciated. 10/10
