Everyone I have been in contact with from Geeknson were amazing. Even when it came to the delivery men. I accidentally had bought long legs when I should have bought shorter legs, they helped me swap the legs. They are really professional and the table is amazing too. I would purchase from them again.

The table itself is of excellent quality, exceeding all expectations. However, I encountered delays in email responses, which could be improved for a more seamless customer journey. Honestly totally wonderful service. Our beautiful Gwen gaming table was delivered yesterday, by two very nice chaps.
The table is sturdy, well built and aesthetically pleasing - we're delighted with it.

From the ordering process through delivery we were very impressed with everyone at GeekNSon. The table is hand made to order so we knew it would take a while but it’s so worth the wait.
Through the process we were regularly kept up to date via email.
Upon delivery, the guys carefully unpacked everything and assembled the table. We truly couldn’t be happier and will be recommending to all our gaming friends.

The virgo table is absolutely spectacular, and already hosted fair number of board game nights.

Delivery team was very professional and managed to put a table in a challenging part of the house (narrow staircase + very heavy table).

Would definitely recommend to others.

Got the denis table for a premium price for terrible quality. Dont even know if I should waste my time reaching out to them know how terrible the communication was during getting the table. Had for 5 months and have a whole list of issues…

Wood is cracked, leaf system doesn’t fit anymore, bolts came loose and had to retighten and noticed screws underneath table going in crooked instead of perpendicular to surface, the tongue and groove cuts on the leaves are not centered which causes the table top to have offsets from one leaf to another. And ultimately the whole table creaks a lot. Premium price crap quality

Ordered the Archie table via the Kickstarter with a set of four dining chairs, bench and storage box for table leaves.

The Dining table is good. Quality is ok, but the leaves are sometimes very difficult to fit back on the table. Bit worried that in future the warping of the wood will mean it stops functioning as it should or we will be unable to get the leaves back on the table at all. It almost makes us afraid to use it for its intended gaming purpose.

When the table was delivered, one dining chair was broken in transit. Not a problem, as a replacement was promised.

Then began the post-sales customer service nightmare. Communication is terrible to non-existent. The table was originally delivered in February of this year. Then followed six months of ignored emails, then barely acknowledged emails, vague and unhelpful replies and pretty awful customer service while we waited for the promised replacement chair to be made and delivered.

The replacement chair WAS finally delivered over six months later. It wouldn't have been so bad, had we been kept informed of progress and it had felt like something was actually happening unless we chased it down.

Literally a week after the chair was delivered, one of the wooden cup holders for the table then broke, splitting down from a seam. I simply can't be bothered to spend another six months trying to get a replacement. Perhaps this is the aim all along so they can focus on the upfront money from Kickstarter campaigns and ignore the customers afterwards?

While the products are alright, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere to buy your gaming table. We have ours now and we do like it, but it's a constant worry about if we're going to be able to continue using it in to the future if things keep breaking and if the customer service for getting replacements or help remains as absent as it currently is.

Sorry Geeknson - but nerds do it better than this. Sort it out.

Very poor customer service. Have been completely ignored for few weeks. For this price I could purchase nice table without issues. Highly not recommended company.

Seen many competitors for them, and would try them for same type of furniture without paying so huge premium to them.

There was a missing piece in my order. I informed them about it, and supposedly it was on the way. It never arrived here. Further inquiries about my issue have completely been ignored.

As a few people here I am agree to say that geekson products are great BUT customer service is awefull.
A visual problem on the legs appeared, and it take them months to answer. A replacement is « in the way » but I guess the delivery wagon has crashed somewhere !?
Guys…. Nowadays customer services is the absolute priority for any business. I worked for multiple big companies in that domain and it makes the absolute difference between great companies and crappy ones.

Tables seem decent enough although very expensive. Post sales support very poor and unresponsive, only 12 months warranty on a table costing over $3000 completely unacceptable for something supposedly built by craftsmen.

Tough to recommend at this price point with this lack of customer care

I really wanted to leave a positive review for Geeknson because so far the table has been exceptional but the experience is the reason I am giving them a 1 star. I had backed the kickstarter for the bristol gaming table. At bare minimum you should deliver everything that was ordered. In short the table and some accessories was delivered a year later however there was a gaming mat that was missing. I tried reaching out several times to Terry the sales operation manager in the US and all I have received was empty promises that it would be produced or I would receive a refund. I have received neither the product nor a refund. Over the course of 4-5 months of email exchanges I had finally gave up on corresponding with Terry as it has been made apparent that there is no intention to either produce the mat or provide a refund within a reasonable timeframe. Instead, I have had to dispute with my bank for the $100 mat. My wife and I were debating on purchasing the chairs and bench to match the table at a later date but have instead opted to find alternative options because unfortunately there is no guarantee that we will receive the products ordered. Would not recommend based on this experience unless you want to submit all of the email correspondence to your bank like I did just to receive your money back.

Tables look great but beware - aftercare is absolutely zero. After a short time the leaves no longer fit back onto my table and despite a long series of emails back and forth, when it came time for a resolution they just ignored my communications for months on end and refused to help. I'm now having to look at going down the route of consumer statutory rights or small claims court. Tables are nice but if you're expecting any sort of warranty or customer service after the fact you're on your own - very disappointing considering the cost!

If you're on the fence about purchasing I'd be happy to share the email chain with the company to help you decide.

I bought a Geeknson Bristol table though Kickstarter.

+ The table is beautiful and generally well made. We are having a great time playing our boardgames on it, it's really elevated the experience.
+ Love and care has gone into the design of this table to try to maximise its function as a board game table and dining table
+ The fullfillment of the pledge was earlier than expected which is excellent.
+We are overall very happy we pledged with Geeknson

- The table leaves are not as functionally perfect as hoped. Due to the natural wood and the reliance on magnets, the leaves do not sit perfectly flush together. This is a design problem not manufacturing problem in my opinion.
- Minor manufacturing blemishes on various components make the final product not perfect. These could have been better Quality Controlled.
- Communincation from their customer service team could have been quicker and more consistent.
