Going on day 10 keep getting email about a shipping delay with courier! They do respond to email but always say the time ship the following still has not have requested a complete refund this site is garbage don't buy a thing from there!

No scam - fast response from servicecenter. Longer shipping then expected. But going to buy form here again.

Be very careful with this website. I ordered a Honor phone a week ago and the status has been stuck on "Processing" ever since. I have sent multiple emails requesting to cancel my order and get a refund, but they are completely ignoring me.
They take your money and then go silent. I suspect this might be a scam site or they simply don't have the stock they claim to have. I am not willing to lose my money, so I have already filed a dispute with my bank to get my funds back. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store. Save your money and your time!

I ordered from GeekWillis after watching a review from Giztop.
I ordered a Xiaomi 17 pro max on Sat night and 3 days later I had no updates and I decided to message them. I paid express shipping 5-8 days.

They replied with a FedEx tracking nr and the status was label created. They apologised for the delay as it was some China national day on the 1st of October. But that's Wednesday, my order was paid on Sat. Was there no time to post it before 1st?

6 days later, it's now Friday, the status is still label created. FedEx didn't even received my parcel yet.

I asked them for a refund so I can order from Wondamobile which I know can be trusted. 2 days and I got no reply.

I don't encourage people either way. I don't think these guys are scammers but they are not transparent and they answer very slowly. I will never use their website again, I ll go with Wondamobile and that's that.

I absolutely love the look and feel of my Motorola RAZR 60 in red. The design is sleek, stylish, and premium – it definitely stands out from the crowd. The foldable screen is smooth and satisfying, and performance-wise, it's responsive and handles everything I throw at it with ease. The camera and battery life are solid too, making it a great everyday phone.

That said, there are some frustrating issues that take away from the overall experience. I ordered the phone from Geekwills website but the phone was shipped from China with pre-installed Chinese apps and instructions in Chinese, which made the initial setup confusing and left me feeling like the device wasn’t properly localised for the Australian market.

Transferring my data from my previous Samsung device was another pain point. The Settings menu includes an option to Copy Data Using Android Switch, but unfortunately, it doesn't work – rendering it completely useless. There’s also no dedicated app or clear method provided by Motorola for transferring data from a Samsung phone.

Another major letdown is with the Lenovo account integration. In the Settings menu, the login screen has the mobile prefix locked to +86 (China), and there's no option to change it to an Australian +61. This means I’m unable to log into my Lenovo account and can't access features like "Locate My Phone" or other linked services.

Honestly it was a fast shipping considering it shiped on Saturday and it got delivered to me on Wednesday

This site is a scam, i sent them back a smart phone and they still charging me for it. I stopped my Paypal and about to call them to let them know about this scan site

I bought a realme neo 7 on geekwills on December 11th, 2024 for $358. I paid with PayPal. The shipment took about 10-12 days to arrive. Unfortunately, I had to pay customs fees that were not fully refunded. When I asked support, I was only partially refunded. Unfortunately, when setting up the smartphone, it turned out that the Chinese version of the smartphone did not have a function (which geekwills unfortunately did not inform me of). Then I contacted support and they offered me a partial refund of $50. In the end, they did not refund the $50, but only $10. I recommend that you do not buy from geekwills because the company does not keep its word and you are not valued as a buyer. If you have problems, you will not get the appreciation and you will have to fight for your money. I am really very disappointed with geekwills

DHL delivered in 2 days, for a total of 9 days.

Item was completely brand new, sealed and exactly as described.

Ordered a phone and it took a week to deliver to me. The customer support reply was fast as well.

I was hesitant at first to order from these guys, as usually order my phones from Giztop. But let me tell you, GeekWills is the real deal. I ordered a Xiaomi Ultra 14 from them at the best price I could find anywhere, paid with PayPal, and received my phone within a week! I DO live in Los Angeles so I am sure that expedited the order, but I am very, very pleased with the whole process. I will definitely do all my Chinese phone shopping here from now on.

Got my Oneplus 12 within a week. Customer support was also quick to respond when i asked them about my order. Overall great experience.
