I gave this seller the opportunity to correct the issue before posting this review. As of today (March 20, 2026), nothing has been fixed or reimbursed beyond a partial refund. Everything below is 100% factual.
I ordered a full set of replacement parts for the Sony Xperia 1 VI (screen, digitizer, battery cover, and case) for roughly $425.00 USD.
What arrived was parts for the Xperia 1 IV – a completely different model. The items were entirely incompatible. I understand mistakes happen and did everything I could to work with them.
The seller asked me to return the incorrect parts using the same method they shipped (via DHL).
I did so at my own expense, based on their promise to reimburse the return shipping cost and then send the correct Xperia 1 VI parts.
They eventually refunded the original purchase amount (minus a small fee deducted by their payment processor), but:
• They did not reimburse the return shipping cost I paid to send back their mistake.
• They did not reimburse the customs fees/duties I incurred on the original incoming shipment (which was also their error).
Bottom line: This transaction cost me an extra ~$50+ USD (shipping + customs + fees) on top of the hassle, delays, excuses, and stories from the seller – all because they shipped the wrong model parts in the first place. No mistake on my part. Now I am out money plus still don’t have the parts promised.
Caveat Emptor – Buyer Beware. If you're considering buying any technical parts (especially for newer models like the 1 VI) from this seller, think twice. Double-check compatibility promises, and be prepared for potential extra out-of-pocket costs if things go wrong. I doubt I will be doing business with them again. This is a shame. I repair many technical devices and I am always looking for a reliable supplier. These are not a reliable.
This could serve as a warning to others in the Phone repair community.

Fake store.. never delivered the order and no response to emails from the customer care.. stay away

Toller Shop (aber)
Man bekommt in diesem Onlineshop tolle Gadgets und andere Smartphones Modelle die
andere bekannte Onlineshops erst überhaupt nicht gelistet haben, und auch die Preise gehen im großen und ganzen in Ordnung.
Von der Produktpalette und den Preisen würde dem Shop eigentlich sogar eine 5 Sterne Bewertung voll in Ordnung gehen !
Eigentlich !, wäre da nicht der Kundensupport !
Außer einer Standard (0815) Mitteilungs-E-Mail nach der Bestellung vom Shop, erhält man hinterher auf 95% seiner Anfrage (zumindest bei mir), egal welcher Art keinerlei Antworten. Hinzu kommt die meist sehr, sehr lange Lieferzeiten mit denen man bei diesem Shop leider rechnen bzw. in Kauf nehmen muss, und obwohl ich bisher persönlich genau um diese Problematik bestmöglichst zu umgehen, stets zusätzlich für dieExpress Lieferung extra Kosten in Kauf genommen habe, hatte dies leider keinerlei nennenswerten Erfolg (Außer Extra Kosten🥹)
Ich denke das es doch nicht zu viel verlangt ist, dem Kunden eine kurze E-Mail zu schicken, um ihn auf dem laufenden zu halten.
Ich muss aber betonen :
Das man hier im Onlineshop Vopmart (trotz der Lieferzeiten, und der mangelnden Kommunikation), stets zuverlässig seine bestellten Artikel bekommt, und es sich bei allem was ich zumindest bisher dort bestellt habe, immer um 100% Original Artikel gehandelt hat !!!!

I've ordered from Vopmart several times and they are wonderful. It's hard to find certain items in the US and this company has always come through on the gadgets I need. Sometimes the shipping is slightly delayed on the way out, and sometimes it's fulfilled quickly. If you are a OnePlus/OPPO user, you'll find all the cool stuff not available on this side of the world. Thank you.

before I order something I tried to contact them but after 3rd attempt they responded. With this experience and with seeing reviews here, I decided not to mess with them.

I bought a case that did not fit well, they sent me another one with the same problem and now they do not respond or refund my money, I do not recommend buying on this page.

Pretending to be selling a genuine products but sending fake ones. Avoid!

After buying a case for my phone and not seeing any tracking information I reached out to the WhatsApp number on the site. They made sure to give me the right shipping service and gave me the tracking information for my order they also answered all the questions I had about the product I bought. Overall I’m very impressed, the package got delivered on time and without any issues. I had great experience with this site.

Get answer to all my questions fast in WhatsApp, got good price and fast shipping (dhl) received in 5 days. Would recommend definitely and not understanding bad reviews they had. Definitely ordering next time 👍

Je vous conseille de privilégier le contact par WhatsApp, c'est plus réactif et fluide.

I requested a refund after purchasing a wrong item and they immediately refunded me, no questions asked.

Leider kann man keine Null Sterne Bewertung abgeben.
Nach drei Wochen keinerlei Infos über den vorraussichtlichen Versand, Verkäufer reagiert nicht auf Anfragen per Email.
Dann Disput eröffnet bei PayPal, Verkäufer erstattet Zahlungsbetrag, aber 12 Dollar weniger als ich bezahlt hatte, keinerlei Info, warum.
Auch bei anderen "Opfern" dieser Betrüger liest man, dass sie nie ihre Ware erhalten haben und Ewigkeiten kämpfen mussten für eine Rückerstattung.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, es gibt genug andere seriöse China-Shops.

Placed order. No dispatch or tracking information, or reply to my emails, a month later I am having to pursue Paypal for a refund. Avoid at all costs.

They're legitimate

They were able to get me a part from the manufacturer with the only issue being that the wait times were a bit long but they live on the other side of the world so it's to be expected. I also didn't pay for express service, so that's another thing on my behalf. Either way they provide a valuable service and I highly recommend them.

They literally don't care. One of the poorest customer service I've ever seen. You contact them and they reply in 2 words or not at all. What a shame!
