Had a video meeting with Jon Large the other day concerning cracks at either side of upstairs bay window, he appeared to be very knowledgeable and was helpful, he couldn't identify the cause so suggested a bore hole to see what was going on underneath my property and a drains inspection, it was going to cost over £1000, I decided to sleep on it. Next day I did some research and found almost ever house on my estate with bay windows had the same problem, they had been repointed and all seemed well, I spoke to a local double glazing company and he informed me he had lots of experience with this problem and the builder had not used the correct lintels so the upstairs bay windows settled and then stopped moving which makes sense ,I informed Jon and we agreed to monitor the cracks over about 12 months then decide what to do so thanks Jon, I would recommend this company Ade

Had a virtual meeting with Ian today who was absolutely brilliant. He completely put me at ease and after doing a tour of the house he went through and explained everything so clearly to me. I was shocked that he said I did not need their services and instead gave me advice on what my next steps should be. He was refreshingly honest and has shared his details so I can get in touch in the future if I need to. Would definitely recommend!

Geobrear were great and very responsive to their needs. When experiencing subsidence it is really scary and Paul Cowen one of the leads of the group gave supportive and clear information without which we would have been very anxious!

I had trouble with my drainage and Geobear were very accommodating moving the appointment to suit. The staff were always knowledgeable giving great advice and polite.

The first step is to identify whether or not there is an ongoing subsidence issue and there is no hard sell of Geobear's product if this is not the case. Had Lewis and Ian provide services to me (an anxious first time buyer whose property had a few concerns) and I found them to both be brilliant. Ian was great at introducing the service, giving me a comprehensive overview of what was included and happily answered all questions I had. They both took the time to really get to know any potential issues and provided clear guidance moving forwards. I contacted Geobear as I was worried about potential subsidence. Within two workings days, I had an appointment with Omar. As an experienced engineer, Omar was able to offer friendly, honest and professional advice through a video call assessment. He found no major issues and no evidence of subsidence. There was one minor recommendation, which is not linked to the services of the company. I'm happy to have found a company that isn't trying to sell me something that I don't actually need. Would be happy to recommend Omar and Geobear.

Geobear were very helpful from my first enquiry through to the completion of the works. There was no pressure applied to get a quick sale and any questions I had were answered clearly and in a timely manner. The work itself was carried out efficiently, with minimal disruption, by a professional crew who were happy to provide explanations and estimated timelines before commencing the various stages of work. They are a very customer friendly company and I would have no hesitation in recommending or using them again should I ever have a future requirement for similar services.

The most fantastic company!

We had some cracks on the walls and ceiling on the top floor of our house. I got in touch with Geobear who linked me up with Neil - the service her provided and advice he gave me was so valuable and helpful, when I had no idea what to do or if I had reason to be concerned! He didn’t try to tell me I needed more work than I did and really took the time to understand the concerns I had.

Just had a call with Neil at Geobear, and was really impressed by the professionalism and honestly shown.
Gave advice about best course of action before resorting to remedial work that might ultimately not be needed.
So refreshing to feel like i was dealing with someone where it was about the right solution for me.

We called Geobear to correct some subsidence with our conservatory after a friend told us about them. It was a great experience from the first contact to the completion of the work. I had an initial video call with Razwan, who took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed every single one of them. The on-site team, led by Dean and Jim, were very friendly and respected our property. They were done within 5 hours and left the site as tidy as they had found it.

The injection was a success. The cracks in the conservatory have reduced to a level that they can be repaired fully with a bit of DIY, and French doors are no longer jammed, they can now be opened and used again. We are very pleased with the result.

The only downside was the drain survey, which was carried out by a contractor on Geobear's list. But the survey was not thorough and I obtained a second opinion as I didn't trust the report. That saved me from paying out for drain repairs that weren't necessary. I was going to drop a star off the rating for this, but that would be unfair to the Geobear team, who were excellent. But I would ask Geobear to consider whether the contractor should continue to be on their list.
