I recently ordered the Primavera strawberries as a gift, and the recipient was absolutely thrilled! They mentioned that the strawberries were incredibly fresh—much fresher than some they've received in the United States before. I was also impressed with how quickly the order arrived. Despite coming all the way from Germany, it only took 5 days to get to me in the U.S.

I had reached out to the customer service department at German Shop 24 when I realized through tracking that the package was coming from Germany. They responded promptly, assured me that the order would arrive quickly, and that it would be there in plenty of time for the birthday. They were right!

Great products, prices and excellent customer service. I have been ordering from Germanshop24 for years. Their product is priced better than other sellers and merchandise is always very fresh. I recently had a damaged in transit issue and they quickly resolved the matter to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

I have ordered for several years from Germanshop24, always wrapped nice, and shipped quickly. On my last order however someone had opened my box (not at customs) and took all the ordered Brötchen out….I had contacted customer service at germanshop24, and they helped in this matter right away. Excellent products and service. Always the package arrived on estimated date or earlier. FedEx dropped the ball this time, package was in Frankfurt for a week, but once it started to move it was delivered the next day. Always a great pleasure to find most German products we miss from Germany.

team germanshop24 ist einfach spitze.....mein paket ging verloren und alle haben sich bemueht es ausfindig zu machen - kein erfolg - darauf hin schickte mir the "awesome team" erneut ein paket zu mit den selben waren - ohne charge, nach 14 tage kam tatsaechlich das verloren gegangene paket ebenfalls an, geoeffnet und allen snacks entnommen, der rest wurde im paket gelassen, german 24 lies mich all diese waren kostenlos behalten......ich muss sagen ein 1000% hoch an german24, freundlich hilfsbereit, im staendigen kontakt mit dem kunden und ...ja also weiter bestellen, wer da noch nie bestellt hat, schaut rein sie haben alles was euer herz begehrt, und bei so viel hilfsbereitschafft haben sie sich 5 und noch einige mehrsterne voll verdient. susanne

I have purchased from the Germanshop before and have always been very happy, and I just received my package today. Everything I ordered came carefully wrapped and fresh. A taste of Germany delivered to my door. My Stollen arrived fresh and delicious. Only negative thing I can say is DHL shipping was a total disaster. My package sat around here in Indianapolis for over a week due to a worker strike. My package arrived too late for my wife to deliver the chocolate "Katzenzungen" I want to give them for Christmas (she left for Texas 10 hours before the package finally arrived) This wasn't the German shops fault, but I will not order from anyone using DHL. DHL totally dropped the ball, and they were evasive when I called. The German shop however, promised to make things right. They were victims of DHL as well.

Germanshop24 is the real deal if you’re looking for authentic German products. Great selection (I usually order chocolates) and the prices are reasonable. Shipping is FAST and also inexpensive. Finally, customer service is very responsive; Stefan responded to an email I sent within 30 minutes.
