I placed the order on the German website on a Thursday and it arrived at my home in Florida on Monday, around lunch time. All the items were packed securely, so nothing could move around, and items were protected by additional bubble wrap tape. To our surprise they even added some easter chocolate gift.

The company is taking pride in packing/wrapping all the items. Shipping from Germany is faster then in country US shipping. Even had a small gift included. LOVE this shop and their goods!

I have been ordering from Germanshop24 for a few years now and it has been a great experience each time. The website is extremely user-friendly and the orders are put together and dispatched promptly. The one time a product arrived damaged, they responded to my notification and refunded me the money immediately. I would highly recommend this company.

Wow,this is outstanding. I ordered for the 1st time at Germanshop24 and i am so happy i did. I had ordered on a Saturday night and on Wednesday it already arrived here in the US perfectly packed. Nothing was broken and you can't beat that shipping price coming from Germany to the US!!!

German store 24 sold me products infested with salmonella. Even after a big recall this store kept selling Kinder Schoko Bons.
I tried to reach out to their customer service several times without a response

Anyways, GermanShop24 refunded the money for the chocolate.
A little note on the side. You may want to learn how to respond in a less condescending manner.

Ich habe schon viele Bestellungen bei German Shop24 gemacht. Jedesmal ist alles perfekt angekommen und auf alle Fälle auch sehr, sehr pünktlich. Nur dieses Mal wurde mein Paket im Zoll festgehalten für einige Tage. Deswegen waren zwei Päckchen Brot verschimmelt. Ich habe mich sofort an German Shop24 Customer Service gewidmet und in weniger als 24 Stunden war das Problem gelöst. Der Customer Service ist einfach toll. Auf diese Firma kann man sich 100% verlassen!
Ich kann kaum warten bis zur nächsten Bestellung.
So toll eine Firma zu haben die mir von meinem Heimatland ein paar gute Lebensmittel in die USA schickt. Ein super Team!!! Tausend Dank!

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews. But in this particular case, how could I not? In a nutshell, everything was just perfect!
It all started with the phenomenal customer service I received when placing my order. Axel provided great communication exchanges with me by answering all of my questions and even corrected my order from the wrong items I ordered the very last minute before it was mailed out.
Then, when my order arrived, I was just as happy! In only three short days, my package from Germany was at my doorstep in Minnesota.….amazing! Everything inside the shipping box was nicely bubble-wrapped and secured with tape. I was stunned how neatly all 15 items were placed inside so perfectly! It looked beautiful! Even the cardboard box was top-notch quality! It is what I call “Christmas in July!” Frohe Weihnachten!

Recently I had a problem with a order that was damaged in customs or by DHL handling. After sending pictures of the destroyed package to Germanshop24 they sent a replacement package even with the items I was to salvage from the first package! 4 days delivery!!! Customer service was very fast and friendly and solved this to my full satisfaction! Communication was great!
Prices and shipping are very reasonable for thing I do not get otherwise! Order with confidence and enjoy a piece of Germany.

I have placed several orders through this shop and just recently had an issue where it was held up in customs. Axel from customer service was excellent in responding to my inquiry and spoke to DHL on several occasions to speed up the process. The delivery still arrived in perfect condition (luckily I paid for cooled shipping!) despite being almost two weeks late (to no fault of the shop).

Amazing store, lovely products and the costumer service high level professionals. They will never let you down, I promise you.

Super fast shipping and great customer Service! Ordered Sunday night and it was all delivered on Thursday afternoon. One of my German breads had mold on it - it happens - I contacted customer service and they issued me a store credit after sending a picture for proof! Definitely going to use it on my next order !
