I usually don’t take the time to write reviews. But in this particular case, how could I not? In a nutshell, everything was just perfect!
It all started with the phenomenal customer service I received when placing my order. Axel provided great communication exchanges with me by answering all of my questions and even corrected my order from the wrong items I ordered the very last minute before it was mailed out.
Then, when my order arrived, I was just as happy! In only three short days, my package from Germany was at my doorstep in Minnesota.….amazing! Everything inside the shipping box was nicely bubble-wrapped and secured with tape. I was stunned how neatly all 15 items were placed inside so perfectly! It looked beautiful! Even the cardboard box was top-notch quality! It is what I call “Christmas in July!” Frohe Weihnachten!

Recently I had a problem with a order that was damaged in customs or by DHL handling. After sending pictures of the destroyed package to Germanshop24 they sent a replacement package even with the items I was to salvage from the first package! 4 days delivery!!! Customer service was very fast and friendly and solved this to my full satisfaction! Communication was great!
Prices and shipping are very reasonable for thing I do not get otherwise! Order with confidence and enjoy a piece of Germany.

I have placed several orders through this shop and just recently had an issue where it was held up in customs. Axel from customer service was excellent in responding to my inquiry and spoke to DHL on several occasions to speed up the process. The delivery still arrived in perfect condition (luckily I paid for cooled shipping!) despite being almost two weeks late (to no fault of the shop).

Amazing store, lovely products and the costumer service high level professionals. They will never let you down, I promise you.

Super fast shipping and great customer Service! Ordered Sunday night and it was all delivered on Thursday afternoon. One of my German breads had mold on it - it happens - I contacted customer service and they issued me a store credit after sending a picture for proof! Definitely going to use it on my next order !

I order about once a month at Germanshop24. Their service is very professional and the speed the items arrive with in the US is incredible. Packing is always great and rarely an item gets damaged in the process. DHL is trying to do their best, but we all know that sometimes accidents happen. The selection is great and it only happens now and then that an item is out of stock even it's listed as available on the site. Prices are very fair. I have all I need for keeping up my German lifestyle and not missing anything other then people because of Germanshop24. Thank you guys.

I have placed 2 orders in the past month and must say, I am totally delighted with everything, from the line of products, how well they are shipped, how fast they arrive and even correspondence with GS24.
So glad I discovered GS24, now I can always have an access to some of my favorite German products while living in the USA.
What a great company.

Paid for expedited shipping. Got it with 10 days delay instead. Packaging was so bad, that 2 glasses were broken. They wouldn't send replacement, but refunded the prices of the two broken glasses (no [proportional] shipping).
If you buy your things through them, you obviously don't mind spending a few extra dollars. So, why they would be in turn so cheap is beyond me.
But that their suspicious google review are mostly from "A Reviewer", might give you a hint...

Amazing company. The package came 2 days earlier. Everything looked so good and fresh. Especially the Broetchen I frooze and baked this morning two of them it was so delicious

I have placed several orders already and I love germanshop24.com !!! They are super sweet and gave me a refund for an items that was not the exact item I had ordered and my last order right before Christmas had several Christmas treats in there which were labeled enjoy this small gift from us.
The best thing is, they ship super fast and the shipping cost is $25 regardless how many items you buy. They get delivered with DHL within 5 days. BEST SHOP EVER. 😊 thank you

Always a great experience. Just received another order the other day, shipping is always quick, considering the distance, about 7-10 days. The only problem I had this time was a damaged product, but after contacting the company, I received a refund within a couple of days, no further questions asked. Great products and great customer service!

I was looking on line for little Christmas Schoko we grew up with in our Christmas plates. In my search I found this shop and I was thrilled!! I ordered so much and in 6 days it was on my door step in Oregon. My package was 17 kg and $25 shipping! Happy??? It was overwhelming. Everything packed so nicely (like we do!) and the flavors and scents from home--oh such joy! So easy, sofort!! I will shop regularly from now on! Great team!!!!

My mom is German, and she found this website and shared it with me. I lived in Germany when my dad was stationed over there for a few years. I loved the food! I have been back several times and always eat way too much! Now I can order from the US! I was amazed at how quickly the order arrived. I was apprehensive because of all the supply change issues that my order would take forever. It came in 3-4 days! The company wrapped everything in bubble wrap, and nothing was damaged. Not even the fragile pound cakes I ordered!! I will definitely be ordering regularly! It is so nice to be able to get authentic German food whenever I want now!
