I was told I could return it if I got no signal. I sent a request to return to the only 2 emails they offer and they were both returned to me. Guess I got scammed too.

betrügerische - absolut schamlose Firma. Kassiert und schickt den Artikel nicht!!!! Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe, per Mail nicht erreichbar. Artikel falsch 2-3 mal aufgeführt und verrechnet, dann rückgängig gemacht, aber den bestellten Artikel bekam ich nie.

I can't believe anyone eould fall for this obvious scam. It just can't work, and the "invented by a NASA engineer" is a dead give away.

Total scam, do not purchase from Tryreware or any other company claiming to be a distributor.
I order edone to try received and charged for 2 and they added a £51.89 warranty which I never ordered.
Tried to cancel as the warrranty was added on at payment preventing me stopping it.
They offer 3o days guarantee no quibble, this is a lie as I have tried to return and while they reply to say they are looking into it they are just delaying tatics to eke out the 30 day warranty. Paypal are in on it they are not bothered they just closed the case saying payment was correct.
tryreware are only offering channels which most people get free anyway, they cannot get Apple, Sky, Netflix and Amazon. It is a total con beware.

Do not waste your money. I ordered one for three of them and none work. This is a scam it is not from United’s States so it would cost a lot to return it. It is a scam.

einmal bestellt, 4 x wurde abgebucht. Man bekommt nur fadenscheinige Ausreden von der Firma.
Googelt diese Firma - jeder berichtet das Gleiche.
Bisher keine Rückerstattung - nur Ärger mit Paypal.

Totally scammed by this company, ordered one and they took payment for 3, tried to cancel and they say already shipped in less than 3 minutes, they then took a second payment of £113.77 twice and managed to set up a regular payment, which i was able to stop.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, sadly i did not look at the reviews first, my big mistake, please don't make the same mistake, expensive scammers

******Scammers, Scammers, Scammers,Scammers*****, fraudulent operators. Beware. They charged my credit card twice and then added their own extras. I notified them within 5 minutes of my card being charged and they claimed the item had already been packed and shipped. Complete BS. I then had to file a complaint with PayPal who claimed my Bank was still looking into it. This was over a month ago. My Bank told me to cancel my credit card and issued me a new one. The People at Wavemax kept putting me in an endless loop of “We can’t issue a refund as you have raised a claim against us”. That makes their m”no questions asked, 100% money back guarantee a pile of rubbish. Beware. Scam artists taken to a whole new level. Here is their new response:

This product doesn't work at all. Zero signal whatsoever.

I purchased 3, I was so excited. I wanted 2 for my RV. The channel scan found 50 RF channels, ZERO television channels: 0 analog; 0 digital. No troubleshooting, no customer service. Got a canned email, which had NO help.
TOTAL SCAM-- just say NO.

Der Fernseher findet keinen Kanal und ich bekomme kein Bild. Eine sinnvolle Bedienungsanleitung oder Installationsanleitung kann ich nirgendwo finden! Ich fürchte es geht hier um einen Betrug!!!

I got drawn in with the clever advertising and I purchased two of these antenna. I would advise anyone not to buy this product, upon delivery I tried both antenna in numerous tv's and in numerous places. They don't pick up anything, no tv channels what so ever, certainly not in the UK anyway. So now I'm £89.00 out of pocket and left with two useless antennas.
