Get Wavemax 

I ordered two antennas and two amplifiers on January 1st, 2025. I was a sucker!
I received the antennas about 17 days after I ordered them, but the amplifiers were not sent.
I contacted the company, long hold times, and finally talked to someone. They wanted pictures of what I received and the packaging, which I provided. Was notified on Jan. 17 that they had shipped the amplifiers. Still not received.
I called yesterday and a lady said I should be provided tracking information later in the day via email. Did not receive.
I just called again, and as the agent was looking into it, the call disconnected. The agent did send me an email saying the same thing the lady did yesterday. But I had called back and was talking to another lady before I got the email.
I did get more channels in my area, but not all of them are clear. I kept hoping the amplifier would help.
Told the last lady if I don't have information by Monday I want my money back, but not holding my breath!
Their advertised 10-12 days to receive your order is totally a lie!
I told the lady as I hung up I was going to leave some bad reviews and might take them down if I got my amplifiers. I get to this site, and I see that I really did fail for a scam. A product might work in certain locations better than other antennas, but that's if you ever get your entire order!!
Don't waste your time with Wavemax!!!!

Guys so sorry, but your misfortune was my gain. Today February 4th I tried to place an order 3 Wavemax antenna. Lucky for me my Bank HSBC flagged it up as a “fraudulent transaction”
and stopped the payment. The Bank’s action then prompted me to go online and read the reviews, frankly I’m amazed that these people can continue to advertise this piece of junk on platforms such as Facebook and TikTok. I had been seeing the ad for the Wavemax antenna for a while now, the latest was on Google today.

Yes, although I was luck enough to not have paid money to these
SCAMMER many of you had and I’m sorry. However, I’m grateful that I was able to read your comments and save myself some money and trouble.

I ordered 3 units and non were delivered

Wave Max is a SCAM. I ordered 3 Antennas. I opened one box to test it. It didn't work. I contacted Wave Max, I advised the Wave Max Rep of the problem, I will be returning the product. She advised me I could keep the product or return the product and they would refund me 35% of what I paid. I told her I would be expecting a full refund. I paid them $137.73 for 3 antennas, they refunded me 23.97 on my Cr Card. They took advantage. They are taking advantage of Seniors and anyone believing there product will work. WAVE MAX SCAM

This company is a scam. Ordered Dec.5th. Received my order Jan. 28th. I realized the day after I ordered I had been scammed. Too late they had already taken my money. I tried to cancel and get my refund. They told me it was too late and I would have to wait until I received my order and then send it back. When I contacted them after received my order, they told me my file had been canceled and I would have to open a new file.
Run away from this company!

Wave max is Waveless!!! This antenna is no better than the cheapest store bought!!! Immediately after I hooked it up I knew it was a scam . I received less channels than a store bought,tried to contact customer service,well there is no phone number
The on line support trys to charge you for there service, . Don't buy , don't buy . I will be contacting a attorney for my refund. 100 percent scam.

This is a scamming company do not waste your time or money. You have been warned!!

Advertising said antenna is a replacement for cable. It does not and only provides a few cable provided channels. I requested a full refund and never opened antenna boxes since they are useless to me. I have requested an address and return material request listing my order number. They assert a 30 day return period but offer a 25% refund and keep the useless product. These are predators. Do not purchase. I am continuing to get my money back. Please pass on this product.

I can’t review the antennas because, I ordered and paid for them about two months ago. I also paid for fast shipping, and I haven’t received the antennas yet. All I received was a e mail saying that they were on the way. I am thinking that this was a scam. I would appreciate it if you would check on it. I ordered two of these to replace my cable subscription, but I only got 18 channels using it so I’m sending it back for a refund. I live in the city and my cable usually gets over 200 channels.

When we finally received the wavemax antenna, my husband went at it, scanning the channels “supposedly”, first two attempts no channels loaded, third attempt we finally received very few channels that we were unable access. I then attempted to reach out to customer support, calls and emails began. After I explained the situation, they ask for me to hook up to the antenna again and scan the channels and send them pictures of the process, as if they did not believe me… and we would get a refund, so my husband hooked up the antenna again, took pictures of the whole process and attached them in and email and sent on.

After we were informed that we would receive a refund, the next email that came our way was that we would have to pay for the return and the we would only be refunded approximately $18 and some change.

This company should be ashamed of themselves for being deceitful to the consumer, I’ve never received such horrible interaction from a “company”, if you want call them a company, this is truly a SCAM, not sure how they haven’t been shut down yet.

We trashed the unit and took the hit, didn’t want to send it back for what they offered, just so they could get it back and send it to another poor soul. BUYERS BEWARE!

I've given reviews of various products and companies on trust pilot in the past and once again I've benefitted reading reviews this product seemed too good to be true and apparently it is thank you for the heads up will stay away from this product

Never received my antenna I ordered three months ago. Very grateful I only ordered one! Don’t waste your time or energy buying from this scam company.

This antenna is junk. Customer service is terrible. They try to make it impossible to get a refund. With my old antenna I got 27 channels, with wavemax I got 4. Do not fall for this SCAM!!!!!
