Get Wavemax 

I got the antaen but it doesn't work in my area so I sent it back oct 24 and told them I wont my money back and I am still waiting for it

Wavemax does NOT work in area. I am still waiting on instructions for returning the three that I purchased.

I haven't received the product yet,I ordered and cancelled 15 minutes later and they told me it's out for shipment at 7pm...I text them immediately several times to cancel but the response was we're going to ship it and you can return within 30 days... what kind of customer service is that?? and on top of that they won't answer the phone... they know as well as I do that item never left the warehouse or the state...if your company wants respect give it back...

I'm embarrassed to admit I tried to get one of these aerials. Luckily, I don't have banking on this phone and by the time I managed to access my bank app to authorise the payment, I'd been timed out.

The one good thing is, when I then tried to put the payment through, the WaveMax site wouldn't let me, saying I had already made a purchase!

Who knew that an apparent scam company missed a trick to get my money!!!

Over the last few days, they've sent me 4 emails, offering to let me complete my purchase... clearly they can override their ordering system. But they don't seem to know that I made multiple payment attempts, so may not be aware of the limit of their play?!

I get the feeling that they don't check on here, so happy to risk them finding out, if it means their victims can share my sense of one upmanship!!!

I bought 1. When I checked out, it quickly changed to 3. I couldn't change it back to 1. Five weeks later I received it. BIGGEST CRAP!!! Advertising at its best!!! THIS IS A BIG SCAM! To get any support from 'Customer Support' is a joke. Long story short... DONT BUY THIS AS IT IS RUBBISH AND A BIG SCAM. Learn from this experience and kiss your money Goodbye!!!!

I ordered three units with HDMI connectivity. I received units with COAX connectivity. I want to exchange these units for the ones I originally ordered. What's the process for exchange?

Absolute scam. Do not touch these thieves.

Works about as well as a $5 antenna you can get at the Dollar Store. It doesn't pull in any Pay TV channels; those aren't broadcast over the air; such are transmitted by fiber-optic cable or beamed via encrypted satellite.

They use the typical high-pressure marketing techniques of urgency ("Only 20 left!") ("Buy in the next 18:16") and bargains ("Get a 75% discount!"). Unrealistic claims are added, such as "500 mile range!" (the most an indoor antenna can get is about 50-60 miles, with 25-35 being more realistic of the better antennas).

My neighbor bought one. It's made of cheap plastic and shoddy cable connecters. He pulled in exactly 11 channels. The Flatenna (Channel Master) he had got 38.

Save your money and the aggravation of yet another huckster.

Hier handelt es sich um eine Firma vermutlich in den USA. Die Masche ist, nach Bestelleingang und sofortiger 2 VISA-Abbuchung, kein Storno zu ermöglichen. Schon nach 27 min. Auftragsstorno geschickt und dann die Antwort der Firma zeitlich so verzögert, dass angeblich schon der Versand beauftragt wurde, weil Zeitraum 1 h als Vorgabe ist. Übrigens die Sendung kommt aus Deutschland von einem Absender mit Straße und Hausnummer, dessen Namen er nicht nennt und an dessen Stelle dort "(not return, not seller)" erscheint. Daher auch keine Rücksendung möglich!

I wish I had looked at this reviews before a went on the sight. I was looking at the antenna on line and wanted to try just one antenna. But before I could make a decision they placed the other without me agreeing to purchase. I immediately tried to cancel the order but they informed me that it was packed and they couldn’t stop the order. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Nothing but a scam. Now I have to wait until I received the product before I can request my refund. If I do receive it I will return it immediately. If I could rate them a 0 I would!

gleiche Geschichte wie beim Vorgänger, 1x TV Booster Antenne bestellt, 2 in Rechnung gestellt und sofort abgebucht. Ich habe sofort storniert, und über 4 Std immer die gleiche Antwort bekommen. Bereits bearbeitet und im Versand, Storno nicht mehr möglich .Das ist doch Beschiss auf der ganzen Linie. Nie wieder. Finger weg von dieser Firma in China
Und ein Nachtrag: Plötzlich war es doch möglich und ich bekomme mein Geld zurück, Dankeschön

I am still waiting for my credit, having returned your product which didn't function as well as my 10$ flat antenna.

I was smart enough to search out these reviews before buying it, just as I thought

police action im determined to shut fake sellers down have contacted ip to take down this garbage you go on about fake goods and get done for it well this is the biggest scam on the net i did not buy one just highlighting crime

Wavemax ? Don't get it!!!

I placed my order without reading these reviews. My fault. However, I placed the order, which was somehow garbled and didn't direct me to their site. I was informed that it didn't take place. However, I changed browsers and apparently that one went through and was placed. An hour later, I received a notice from Wavemax that it had already been packed up, without the necessary but useless apparently, antenna. Also, they had somehow "discovered" the errant first order and added that to the bill. Again, no antenna. And, again overcharged.
I'm suing these people, now. Don't buy this!
