Really helpful and fast response from my customer service rep - Nicole. I would definitely use Bits again now I know how straight forward and legitimate it is.

The customer care advisor I dealt with named Denn was brilliant. Resolved my query prompty and without fuss. Very Impressed.

Been using bits for quite a while didn’t need the £75 just thought it would help credit rating. This is just advice for anyone else you will never get an increase in money. I made 123 on time payments then it stopped adding them up so must be at-least 200 now but they as I said stopped putting on time payments on my account. They don’t report nothing to credit agencies I’ve check 3 different ones and they haven’t reported 1 single on time payment not one! Again don’t need the money so if your looking to use this to build credit rating or looking for money increase I wouldn’t even bother to waste your time. If they say I don’t hold an account or it’s lies I’ll upload proof.

So I was very curious about this card but I find that paying for a*membership* fee of £14 is very overpriced for the *services* given no deals, no cashback,no real perks, but still £14 even if I just had the card and didnt use it would still charge me? I really thought atleast the *membership fee * would go to your balance but it doesn't even do that! I dont see how anyone who's having financial problems,short or just trying to build a credit rating would see this as acceptable? This is a stay away product unless your plan on going iva anyways because I see this service forcing more poeple to doing it

Bits Credit card has been a great support in rebuilding my credit file, however if you want to get the card commit to only using 20% of your limit to get the best of there services, hopefully in future the payments will also be monthly but other wise it is an exceptional credit card building service to work with for people who have poor credit and want to eradicate that, customer service is outstanding and empathise with you thank you Bits

I had an issue with my account and reached out to Bits support. Nico handled my case and was very responsive, clear, and professional throughout. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure the issue was fully resolved without any confusion.

What stood out most was the speed of the response and the level of customer care. It didn’t feel like a generic reply — it felt like my situation was actually understood and dealt with properly.

Overall, a very positive experience. Great customer service and a smooth user experience. Would definitely recommend based on the support I received.

Edited after I received a more information from the company. I was referred via another company. I looked at their business model, charges etc, and decided I do not want to be fleeced by this company. Am I not allowed to write a review on how I could have been fleeced, if I didn't do my research?

I do not trust these 5* reviews one bit! Just looked at their business model, I have no idea how this could appeal to any borrower? There seems to be absolutely no benefit to anyone but the business owners. Crazy set up.

Thankfully I don't own a Bits account or card but what I've seen and read it's one big con.
£14 p/m to get a credit limit of £50. You are told to use 20% or less of your credit limit so that gives you a real term spending of £10. So it's going to cost you £14 to spend £10 and a total of £24.........tell me that's not having your pants pull down. On top of that, if your lucky to get a credit increase they charge you more each month for membership.
