I was a client for 2 years. I was satisfied with the dedicated account manager, the Shopify integration, and the platform itself, which worked well.
However, there were a few issues that were quite costly for my business.
1) There was an error in the mapping during the initial configuration that went unnoticed for almost a year. As a result, parcels were shipped using the premium service instead of the economy option I had requested, which generated significant additional costs.
2) I was also disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the return pricing. When I received my products back, the cost was much higher than expected and this had not been clearly communicated upfront. Had I known, I would likely have chosen another option, such as picking up the products myself or selling the remaining inventory there. Again, very significant cost impact !
3) Finally, the products were not stored as I had requested. I had specifically asked for the belts to be stored flat to prevent them from distortion, but they were returned to me stored in a circular shape. This also had an impact on budget : the product in its packaging occupies more space than bulk. I was paying an extra fee for each picking and packaging for this request. And if I knew that they would store it in the packaging, I would have done it myself before shipping it there to avoid this extra costs...

So far, we have had a good experience with Byrd France regarding order delivery. In addition, their customer service is fast and efficient.
Compared to other fulfillment providers, with Byrd it is very easy to manage post-sale issues, such as returns or product replacement.

Seit Jahren Kunde und seit Jahren Probleme.
- Verwenden immens überhöhte Versandpreise und unterteilen Kunden hier in „Klassen“
- Unglaublich lange Reaktionszeiten. Teilweise Monate
- Katastrophe Kommunikation. Egal ob Key Account Manager oder höheres Management. Absolut unzuverlässig!
- Jede (!) Rechnung wird falsch abgerechnet
- Ständig falsche Versandmaterialien
- SLAs in den Warehouses werden nie (!) eingehalten
- Anscheinend keinerlei interne Kommunikation. Ständig muss man, teilweise Jahre alte Prozesse, neu erklären
Wir sind absolut enttäuscht! Byrd macht leider nur Probleme. Das Unternehmen wird hierauf seit Jahren hingewiesen, ändert aber nichts! Das wird auf Dauer nicht gut gehen. Schade

Un service qui repose principalement sur un logiciel, et ne s'adapte pas selon nous aux besoins ni aux problématiques des clients, avec un grand manque de directives claires et de responsabilité de la part de l'équipe d'account management. Expérience particulièrement désastreuse lors d'une livraison très importante, où il a été strictement impossible d'échanger avec l'entrepôt, et où les consignes communiquées par Byrd se sont avérées les mauvaises, engendrant retards et surcoûts.

Wish I read the reviews first. I thought expensive might mean better service. Couldn’t be further from the truth. They treat their customers like trash. Please if you read this do not use them. You will be treated badly, overcharged and poor service for handling shipment problems. The worst of all would be their treatment of the customer / their client. Stay well away.
