Getcarrier.com Reviews

Fast and safe service, very efficient and excellent customer service.

Simple and effective precess Recieved my vehicle faster than anticipated. Budget friendly

The overall process was smooth and both the GetCarrier rep and the driver were very responsive throughout the process. The initial quote provided was $100 less than the final price provided but compared to other services it was still cheaper.

I got Eva's # from my cousin, called her up, gave me a quote and found a hauler for me with a 4-5 day delivery. Day 4 I get the call from the driver saying it will be delivered by noon the next day and had it off the trailer by 1p. No issues with car, very professional at their end. Will certainly give Eva a call again.

Everything went smoothly. It was a wonderful experience. It was the first time I did this. No complaints at all. Thank you!

Tasha did a great job helping me ship a vehicle from Kansas to New York. Super efficient and friendly. The price was the same as quoted. Great job Getcarrier!

Had 2 vehicles shipped from FL to LA (1000 miles). A small pick-up inoperable and a 6x6 military type vehicle running (on the heavy side). Great communication from John at GetCarrier and then with transporter. Pick up was set 2 weeks ahead restricted to 2 days and done on the 2nd of the two options. Vehicles arrived within 24 hrs from pickup. The quote went from just above $1900 to $1500 to $1800 final. Now understand that quotes are estimated with little info but then reality hits (for me that 6x6 was that reality). I added a few hundred as a thank you to transporter for having dropped the inoperable vehicle where I needed it despite the hardship it caused (btw I was not asked, the driver went beyond expectations here). Overall, the initial quote was a reliable estimate and to me, considering the specs of the job – absolutely great final cost – great job – great communication. A+ all around. I would call them again any day for car transport.

They were fast and friendly.
The price was reasonable. Really what more do you need. Just do the job right and right now.

So easy to schedule. Car went across the country so easily. Sorry I can’t really remember the date because it all seemed so quick. Very nice experience.

Your agent Kelly was superb in handling my movement needs. Was always in contact, even while on a trip to Spain, she kept me abreast of the situation. Outstanding doing business with her.

I am glad with his service. There are lot of fraud in the car shipping people. I found him committed and he realize what we expect to ship a car.

Everything worked as plan. The car was there on time without any issues.

Tom Holding with Get Carrier was great! Second time I used him to transport a car from California to Texas.
Smooth process and very timely.
I will use him again in the future!

John Will was diligent and speedy in getting us a reasonable price on moving our Jeep. He was flexible with us on dates and was willing to keep working on our project until we found a good solution. Also the driver, Vakhtang Kupriashvili, was so patient, kind and made sure our Jeep was loaded safely. He communicated often and well and he made coordinating the the drop off really easy.
I have saved John’s contact info at getCarrier so I can just reach out to him for our future needs.
Thanks John!

Andy was great! Got my transport scheduled and picked up in under a week

Responsive, honest and careful

The best part of the car shipping contract was the consistency. Adam told us what was going to happen, it happened exactly that way and our vehicle was delivered on time, without any hitch and no damage whatsoever. We will use Adam again.

Very courteous and communicative kept me up to speed on our vehicle and was able to bring it last minute to us.
