Bought this 2 years ago, and been loving it. They've been improving their app a lot which it now comes with "coaching" which gives you breakdown on why your body composition is a certain way and what to do. Super powerful stuff! Would definitely recommend it, just based on the accuracy alone

The scale was fine. The app is horrendous!! It stops unexpectedly all the time, freezes, won't open. Customer service tried to help with numerous troubleshooting ideas. After 3 months of messing around, I finally had to get firm and demand a return & refund. It's a great concept, but the technology is not ready quite yet. The CS manager that helped me in the end was helpful. The product is horrible though.

If I could give zero stars I would. This scale is a scam. The app and scale interface is a disaster. Do not buy this scale.

I seriously can't recommend this company and their smart scale enough! The app was amazing, and it gives you insights that none of our other cheaper smart scale does...We also weren't sure how accurate it was, so my husband tested it with the more expensive machine at the gym, and the results came back pretty similar. I decided to follow their program and have lost 28 lbs so far. You really can’t beat what this can do for the price. Highly recommend!

It took a year to receive my scale. I understand due to the whole COVID catastrophe there were production problems. However, I had to ask about my order which eventually I just gave up and resolved to not receiving the product. COMMUNICATION really would have been a plus. I haven't even taken the scale out of the box due to my disappointment. I don't even want it anymore.

I was not reimbursed from my returned fit track.

It doesn't work. I've changed batteries 2x, no power.

The scale won’t connect. The app won’t save data.

I've reached out twice and never got a response. Supposed to have access to the health+. There is no customer support.

I wouldn’t know! i’ve never received my FitTrack since I ordered it in May. I assure you, I’ve checked on it many times and keep getting the run around.

Waited 4-6 weeks for my shipment and then nothing happened. Contacted support they said oh it will be another 4-6 weeks. Waited that and still nothing. Told it would be another 4-6 weeks waited that and still nothing. Had to cancel the order

I am still waiting for my scale. Ordered 15 weeks ago. Payment taken at time of order.

I never received the scale I paid for. You company it very broken!

My friend and I both ordered on May 7th and we were so excited to get our FitTrack and 3 months later still nothing. I'd love to give this a good review but I can't review a product I never received.
