After 3 months of not receiving my scale and them prompting me to pay for the subscription of a scale I still didn’t have, I finally got ahold of someone to get a refund. Hot mess.

I know there's a global supply chain issue but they continue to take orders. I've been waiting on my order since April.

It’s been MONTHS since I ordered my fittrack and I have not received it! I’ve gotten multiple emails over the last few months saying that it’s shipped but it has never been delivered!

I never received my order but I was charged. It’s been months.

I have still yet to receive my product so I can’t give a review of the actual product. I have been waiting 3 months for my order. Any delays to my order are not shared with me at all. I have to email the company to get a status on my order. Each update I ask for, I am told that my order has yet another delay.

It takes a very long time to receive the product. I ordered mine in February and still don’t have it (mid June).

I ordered my Fit Track over 3 months ago and haven't received it. I've been patient but after reading several other complaints, I have opened a case with PayPal to receive a refund.

I didn’t receive my scale within 2 months and canceled my purchase. It’s been over 14 business days (which is the amount of time they said i’d receive a refund) and still nothing.

Ordered 3/3/2022 and got an order confirmation and the money was taken from my account. Never received a shipping notice so I emailed customer support 5/5/2022 and was told that it would be at least 6 more weeks before my order could ship. I requested to cancel my order and received a cancellation email but money was never deposited back into my account. Sent a follow up email regarding the cancellation/reimbursement with no response.

Habe das Produkt erst Wochen nicht erhalten. Dann habe ich es storniert und warte nun seit Monaten auf eine Rückzahlung.... Ein Patrick vertröstet mich ständig! PayPal reagiert auch nicht.....

It’s been nearly 5 months and I still have not received what I paid for. I keep emailing customer service and they keep telling me an extra 4-6 weeks has been added onto shipping and delivery. There has been zero information or communication outside of that. Don’t waste your money on this scam.

Terrible delivery process and not the best response time. I cancelled by order because of their lack of promptness.

Ordered 2 scales in February and was told that it would ship April 13th. Emailed them at the end of April and they said it’ll come in 4-6 weeks

I placed my order February 2022 and still have not received my order. I have contacted customer service twice and each time they tell me it will be 4 more weeks.

NEVER GOT MY ORDER. It’s been six months and customer service is the worst you can’t talk to anybody and all they keep telling you is your orders coming but it’s been a half a year and I still don’t have my order

My product was supposed to arrive in the beginning of January. I understand the supply issues, but ABSOLUTELY no communication regarding the status is ridiculous. I have reached out to the company twice, even asked how to be refunded, and was only told it would be 14 more weeks. Terrible communication, and I am not sure this company isn't a scam yet. From the comments I see, it very well could be.
You have already collected payment, the burden is on your company to relay delays and communicate. It should not be up to me.

I ordered a product Dec 25, 2021 and to date after 3 delivery dates still no product. Next ship date is now 05/09/2022, what a way to run a outfit.

Still waiting to receive an order that I placed back in October. I have not received one update without having to inquire first. Shipping has been pushed back 5 times at this point and every time I ask to cancel my order I am given a "new" shipping update. Was supposed to receive my scale today and still didnt... will be following up for the 6th time.
