This company is horrible!! I’ve been waiting 9 months on a product that I still have no received!!! I keep getting told a later date and a later date! I’m sick of it
4 months no scale
Totally understand there is supply chain issues but I ordered in January and the scale was supposed to come in two weeks. It wasn’t until I reached out to customer service they said delivery would be in April and I still don’t have it. So product might be great (I don’t know!) but certainly can’t say the same for their customer service
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. The only way you can get a hold of anyone is through FB messenger. But the most bizarre act of service, or lack thereof, is that they haven’t provided a SINGLE email notification of all of these delays. It’s been more than four months and I still haven’t received my scale. And no, I’m not the only one. There are hundreds upon hundred of us talking about the same issue.

I ordered the scale on Sept. 27, 2021. As of to date I have not received the scale. I have been told after contacting them that there was a delay in shipping. I don't think it takes this long to ship a product unless you never had the product to begin with. I have requested a refund more than once, but all I get when I contact them is another promise of an approximate ship date. I think they should show that this is a legitimate company by refunding customers.

Haven’t Received product yet
I ordered my FitTrack first week of January. My shipping date keeps getting pushed back. Was Feb. 14, then March 21, Now it is May.
I understand supply chain issues, but this is bizarre!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I cancelled my order after them pushing the delivery date back by three months, three separate times. They told me they would refund me for my purchase and never actually did. Do NOT but from this company! It is a completely scam and they have terrible customer service.
Poor communication with customers
I placed my order on December 29, 2021. At that time it was indicated there would be shipping delays. Under the current environment I was understanding. However, after two months with no communication or estimation on delivery I had to reach out. I find odd that there is no actual customer service phone number to call and my primary way to contact customer service was through Facebook. Once I was able to make contact, which took about a week, a March 31 delivery date was given. I still have not received my product and the last response from customer service was that it would be the end of April. My biggest issue is that all of this communication has been at my initiation. I understand there are delays but there should be a better and regular system of communicate with customers as to the status of their order.

I find it really funny that Getfittrack would even ask me for a review, given that I ordered my scale in December and still haven't received it. There has been no communication about the repeated delays-- I've had to proactively reach out and ask where my order is.
