I ordered in December and still have not received my scale… their communication has been “delays in production”, which I’ve only gotten that info by contacting them and asking what is the status of my order from December!!!! I would not order from them until the serious “production delays” get fixed.

If I could give no stars I would. It has been almost 4 months since placing my order and I have NOT received the scale yet. At this point I’m requesting a refund.

We ordered this scale late 2021. We were supposed to receive it the second week of February and still have not received it.
We have tried to contact this company several times via email to cancel our order and get a refund. There is no phone number to call them. I have emailed no less than 8 times to get my order cancelled and my money back and they just continue to tell me they are "working on it".
Do not order from them. They do not have the product available that you are ordering from their site and they don't seem to have the money to pay anyone back for the orders that were never fulfilled.
Takes too long to get order
Order in December and still haven’t received my order. Been delayed twice now and the only reason I know is I had to reach out to customer service. No updates being sent.
Bad, bad experience.
I ordered in December. Was supposed to be a 5 week delay, not problem I understand. Then they told me end of March. Ok. Then on the day I was told I receive, March 23rd, I was told it would be May. But I had to reach out to find that info. No one contacted me until I asked. Terrible experience. I mention I want my money back and they offer a 10% discount. How can I even be sure I will get it in May? I could have bought a different scale and been using it for a couple months. Not sure why they want this review when I don't even have the scale or can be sure I ever will. Maybe they don't actually sell them lol.

I ordered a scale at the End of December 2021.
After finishing I was notified it would be delivered till February 14th 2022. I thought that was a long wait but I said, "ok" I herd a lot of good things so I thought it would be worth the wait. Then I received an email said it wouldn't be here till March 21,2022. Then being frustrated I was asked to wait again till April 11, then again till May 5th... By this time I said forget it, I just wanted my refund.
Now they are telling me they can't return my money to my Wells Fargo bank card I need to get a paypal which I have told them multiple times I can not do. So now I am just in limbo. and it's just so sad, because I really wanted that scale.

I have been waiting 3 months for my scale. There has been no updates from fit track. It was ordered on 12/29/21. As of today 3/29/22 I still haven’t received it. This is a terrible company with horrendous communication
when i weigh myself
when i weigh myself, it doesn't always reset. i thought i was the exact same weight for many days. This was not the case, so now i just manually update my weight. Just miss getting all the other measurements. So maybe 3 stars is too high.

I have waited months patiently to receive my scale and after waiting 4 months I asked to receive a refund. I still after weeks have not received the money I spent and have gotten excuse after excuse. I ended up ordering from a different company and got my scale in a week for cheaper than Fit Track.

Poor Customer Communication
Ordered online in November, never received a confirmation for my order. After reaching out for a month finally received a confirmation for ship date of Feb 15th. It is not March 29th and I have not received my order. I understand supply chain issues and holiday delays; however, there is no excuse for poor communication with customers.
