I inquire about my order that was placed in Nov. 2021 and after waiting over 4 days for a response I was told that it won't be here until April, I don't know what the wait is for but I do believe at this point I should have a discount for inconvinience.

I ordered my scale on 12/1/21 and I still have not received it. I’m going to ask for my money back if I don’t get it this month.

Ordered scale in December end of February still hadn’t shipped and dates kept getting pushed back further. Asked for full refund. Order was canceled but still haven’t received my refund. Will never go through this company again.

I have been waiting for months with no one reaching out explaining why it has not arrived when I question them in December when it was due I was told February when I questioned again in February I was told April and not until a month after I asked again

I never even got my scale. It has been 3 months. Over 2 months since my “estimated” scale arrival. Ridiculous.

I waited for 4 months and never received it. Waste of time.

Ordered a scale in November for a Christmas present. I was told it would be delivered in January. I was later told March and then April. I requested my order be canceled. Still waiting for a response.

never received the product. was estimated to arrive in december. haven’t heard anything since.

I have not received a response nor a refund for my order placed back in early October of last year.

Ich hatte über den Rabattcode einer Instagrammerin eine Waage auf der Original Website bestellt.
Erst wurde ich mehrere Monate vertröstet, dass der Versand noch andauert. Nachdem ich dann über Paypal einen Fall aufgemacht habe und die Rückerstattung genehmigt wurde dauerte es auch ewig bis dies auf meinem Konto war weil die Firma auf dem Referenzkonto kein Geld mehr hat. Ich habe demnach nach 4 Monate keine Waage und auch noch kein Geld. Bitte fallt nicht auch auf diese Betrüger rein!!!

This is a scam I have ordered (order number 75039) and paid on 10/11/2021 for a smart scale. They keep changing the delivery dates, the last communication from them was on December 9th!

What has happened with my order is "a breach of contract under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015" I will report you to the trading standards and I will seek legal advice if I don't receive my money back.

Consumers stay away from this company.

Zuerst dauerte es ewig, bis die bestellte Waage geliefert wurde. Zig mal vertröstet etc. Kurz bevor ich die Bestellung widerrufen wollte, wurde plötzlich doch versandt. Und was soll ich sagen… das Produkt ist einfach Schrott!!! Funktioniert nicht, ständig muss neu kalibriert werden und trotzdem ist das Messergebnis falsch (verifiziert). Auf meine Nachricht wurde nicht reagiert. 50€ für die Tonne! Nicht bestellen!

I ordered the FitScale in October for a Christmas present. It still hasn't been shipped and no one has responded to my emails. I had to reach out every time I never got a notification that the item shipped the date it was "supposed" to. It was pushed back 3 or 4 times and now nothing. When I threatened to cancel my order, they offered a 10% discount which I still haven't seen. I don't know why an order would take 4 months to ship. Beware!

I never received my scale I ordered. Now I’m going to start a class action suit against your company

I don’t even have the scale yet and I ordered it in November. I have received no updates and they consistently act like I use the scale.

Not sure if this is a legit business. They promised three different delivery dates that were all months a part from one another. Whenever I reached out to customer service, I was always called the wrong name (after introducing myself in writing). No matter what the issue is, they just offer a 10% refund. I would have rather had the product back after I ordered it back in September. Looks like it could have been extremely useful.

This is a complete scam, do not buy from this company. I ordered the scales and was told they would arrive in 3 weeks, already I was annoyed by that. Three weeks comes then I’m told it will be another month. So I decided to cancel my order and I request a refund. I was told the refund should take 7-10 days to arrive. This was November 12 and it’s now the end of January and still no refund! I have contacted the trading standards. I personally feel Facebook should not allow them to advertise on their website as it’s a complete scam!

Unsure how the product performs as I have not received it. Initial shipping estimates were missed; understandable - estimates. Second follow up shipping times were cited by customer service as late Nov. 2021. Now at the end of January, the only thing I'm able to track as a "loss" is my money.

This company is terrible. Doesn't send merchandise on time. When you finally receive merchandise, it doesn't work. Customer service requires video and photo proof, which is fine; however, when you send it, then they ask for more. They also ignore requests for returns and refunds. DO NOT BUY!

I had it only 3 months and it won't charge. Haven't been able to use it since. Just been too busy to get help and in not sure who can help.
