I placed my order for a FitTrack Dara Scale on October 2, 2021 and I am still waiting to receive it. I was so excited when I made my purchase. It was supposed to assist me with an end of the year health plan I had, but it's been over 3 months and I still don't have the scale I ordered.

Purchased product October 2021 for a Christmas gift. They said there it was back ordered and would take 30 days to receive. I was okay with that…It is January 2022. Have not received the Fittrack yet… customer service has not gotten back to me yet either. No updates. Not happy.

Still waiting for the 3 scales I ordered on October 4th for Christmas gifts that never came. I do not understand how you are continuing to advertise and sell when orders that are months old have not been fulfilled?
Customer service has responded to my inquiries of wheres my stuff but no product to date.
Disappointed but still waiting...I gave IOU's to the gift recipients.
