DO NOT BUY - Stole my money and ghosted meI placed an order for a printer on April 20th. The FreeX website clearly advertises "same-day shipping." It has now been a full month (30 days), and my item has still not shipped.I have reached out to their customer service team 3 separate times to get an update, and they have completely ghosted me with zero response. This business is taking money from customers and refusing to fulfill orders or answer emails.I have been forced to file fraud and non-delivery complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Ohio Attorney General, the California Attorney General, and Shopify. I also had to open a dispute with American Express to forcefully get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs—total scam behavior.

Order placed a month ago. Zero replies to 3 emails. Order never shipped.

This is a scam site please be aware. They charge your card but don't send out the order. They also DO NOT respond to your emails or anything. JUST STAY AWAY!!

We placed the order for 3 printers over 30 days ago and have reached out numerous times. There has been no response from the company. As far as I can tell - this isn't a real company with a real product.

I ordered their thermal label printer on 11/25/22 and paid extra for 3 - 4 day shipping. It’s now 12/8/22 and I haven’t even received a tracking number, nor responses to two emails I sent asking for an update. I feel duped by their $100 off promo offer that they can’t even fulfill in a reasonable amount of time. Standard shipping was 4 - 6 days which they are also behind in. If you don’t have the inventory, don’t sell. I missed out on several amazing cyber deals from other reputable companies to give this new business a chance. I should have went with the Rolo or Zebra.

I also should have read reviews outside of their website. They are not good. Something tells me theirs are doctored.

Are you guys beginners as a company or what??? They charged me $200 in customs fees! FREEX never mentioned anywhere I had to pay customs fees!! I am in Canada; I paid the full price + $50 for the shipping, which is expensive considering it took 4 weeks for the delivery, and I had to pay $200 in customs fees from UPS. That printer cost me around $400. That's pretty expensive for a small thermal printer. I could order one for $150 on Amazon with free shipping and get it a few days after. That is probably the worst purchase ever. I feel I got cheated. I will never recommend the FREEX printer to anyone. That's unacceptable.
