I do not recommend at all. By the time my order was sent then I
received it with the most important product missing from order which I contacted straight away & got a response saying they would be in the fridge which they were not & was ignored a further two days. I had to basically email, message & comment on fb to get a final response to tell me sorry they are sold out now almost 2 weeks after ordering & paying. Now they have the nerve to offer me a refund $10 less than what I paid at the time.

If I could give no stars I would. I contacted BF when my daughter's fridge was plugged in after being moved and the on light flashed. I was concerned what this meant and did not want to risk leaving it on. I was told to send them a video of what happened when I switched it on. I did this. That was in July, 2 months ago. Despite repeated contact I have heard nothing from them although they claim they will respond in 48 hours. Absolutely zero after sales service if something goes wrong. I am hoping this terrible review might prompt a response since nothing else has.

I sent back my daughter's 10L Beauty Fridge over 2 months ago for a warranty claim and the company is refusing to contact me and they still have my fridge . I am entitled to a refund and as soon as I emailed The Beauty Fridge stating this case kindly, they have ignored my numerous attempts to contact them. I have emailed many times, sent messages through Facebook and through Instagram but they refuse to make contact with me. I have now contacted the ACCC and lodged a complaint with them. I have been advised that "If a product you own has a major problem, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund." My daughter's fridge DOES NOT WORK anymore, so this constitutes a major problem. I will make a formal complaint to the Office of Fair Trading, as advised by the ACCC.
How is it possible to ignore a customer and keep a $220 product that is faulty.
I would strongly advise anyone who is thinking of purchasing from this company not to.

It appears that the older model has an underlying manufacturing fault and completely stopped working after 2 years.

Great customer service, it was very easy to communicate with their team for any questions I had. They responded quickly and got right to the point. It felt like they were a local shop and really cared about their product and customers. I'm hoping they expand their line of products so that I can keep buying gifts for my daughter. :-)

I’ve had my beauty fridge for 11 months when it started making weird noises. The team at BF were super helpful and have replaced my old fridge with a brand new one- stickers included. They’ve been efficient, quick to respond and friendly. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I bought a beauty fridge because they’re so raves about and when I received it, the handle snapped off when I tried to open it. I was shipped out a new one and it did exactly the same. I emailed about it and never heard back.

My fridge arrived perfectly but a week later stopped working. I waited 1.5 months until a replacement arrived, it was broken, scratched and severely damaged. It then took another 3 weeks to have a new one sent out, which was then on back order. Super frustrated
